“Su atención directamente relacionada con el estándar de servicio de Sofitel. No son mis preferidos pues siguen ese manual distante y poco personalizado de los pequeños hoteles. Sus instalaciones están a mi criterio, fuera de una experiencia contemporánea del diseño interior.”

“Really fantastic experience. Drove in and someone came out of the hotel immediately to help us. He helped us find a spot close by since we were leaving for Airport so early the next morning. When inside, we were approached by multiple people to see if we needed help. The lobby is super luxe as well!”
