“El servicio de recepción fue increíblemente grosero. Viajábamos con 2 niños pequeños y se suponía que teníamos una habitación que tenía un dormitorio separado.Cuando llegamos a la habitación tenía 2 camas queen. Llamé a la recepción y me dijo que no sabía nada sobre una habitación diferente. Le di el número de la persona de reservas y colgó.Llamé a reservas y llamaron a la recepción. Dijeron que vuelvas a la recepción y te cambiarán las habitaciones.Fui a la recepción y la persona comenzó a discutir conmigo.Terrible servicio. El hotel está bien. Nada especial. Con ese tipo de servicio recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse en otro lugar.”
