Shakeena was very helpful getting signed up for the reward program. The rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Only detractor is the lot was full so you basically had to pick an out of the way spot and hope for the best. 9/10 would stay again.

No where to park. Cars parked up on the curb, crazy. How do you have more rooms then Parking stalls for them? Hotel is mediocre at best, not filthy but not clean.

Garbage, no parking. Park and stay filled the whole parking lot They allowed us to park in handicap. They charged us twice at check in, an honest mistake and they fixed that right away. The whole hotel was grimy. We were given the wrong room number and tried entering someone else's room. No microwave and the coffee pot didn't work. Fine for a last minute overnight stay to outrun a snow storm while traveling. Would not recommend for an enjoyable trip to the cities.

The hotel room and stay were fine. However, we booked this hotel for the park and fly option. Upon return the shuttle van was not working (we had a group of 14), so we had to use a taxi service to get people back to the hotel and then have them return to the airport to pick up the rest of the group. I will not use this hotel again for the park and fly option.

Close to the airport and cheap. It's a lower end Fairfield in terms of "Fairfield" quality. The hallway was unfinished. The lights in the room buzz and hum which could be solved with LEDs. The TV is small but at least has Netflix. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast leaves A LOT to be desired. In the winter, the entrance was very slippery and the staff warned people as they walked in instead of putting a mat down to prevent falls. Poor forward thinking about how to solve basic problems.
