I was very impressed with the staff. Myself and my colleague were so grateful to Maria who took such care and patience with our questions and concerns. She was knowledgeable, extremely professional and meticulously groomed. My room was pristine, quiet and so beautiful. In this time of worry and concern for our wellbeing, I was very grateful and so appreciative of this beautiful hotel and their caring staff.

0/5 stars. The guy at the reception counter was super rude to me on Saturday night. A plastic wall panel was seperating the two of us and I had forgotten to put on my mask at first and he treated me as if I was a criminal. Its too bad. The ambiance in this place has changed. They have bordered up access to the bar and restaurant and public restrooms. I hope they will open those up by the time JFL is supposed to be held there, originally rescheduled for September. Beware though, in the meantime and from what I experienced the other night, they will treat you as if you have Covid and/or are roaming around the place intentionnally trying to spread it. Highly not recommended. The guy behind the reception desk on Saturday night shift could have had have more etiquette, empathy and public sensitivity towards me. If you do not appear to be 100% terrified of Covid, he will make you feel accountable for this and seemingly for this entire pandemic situation. Really disrespectful. Very rude customer service.

Bom hotel. Equipe amigável.Os preços do menu de alimentos são muito razoáveis. Não muito caro como muitos outros hotéis.Configuração de piscina realmente boa que você pode usar mesmo durante os horários de COVID. O salva-vidas também está presente. Há também um deck da piscina para tomar sol ou simplesmente relaxar.E não se esqueça de pegar o biscoito quente de cortesia oferecido na recepção!

Nice hotel. Friendly staff.Food menu prices are very reasonable. Not overpriced like many other hotels.Really nice pool setup that you can use even during COVID times. Lifeguard is present as well. There also a pool deck to sunbathe or just relax in.And don’t forget to grab the warm complimentary cookie given at the front desk!

I didn’t stay at the hotel and now refuse to book a stay because of very rude customer service. I spoke to 4 different people on the phone, the first 2 weren’t able to answer any my questions, the third one was completely rude and the last one was the person physically sitting at The reception of the hotel who seemed like he was woken up from his beauty sleep. To any of the management team seeing this, please note that it is because of the rude employee representing Double Tree by Hilton that I am now considering ANY other hotel.

Spent a week in the hotel for work and I have stayed her in the past. The only issue I had this time around is at check in there was one employee and an airline crew checking in before me. The staff member seemed to spend a log time with with and then rushed me away. The room was clean and the view was fantastic. Good location with some good food options around and close enough to everything. I would recommend it and I will definitely be back be it for work or pleasure.

Had an amazing stay. I arrived and was greeted by a very friendly valet. He offered me Valet or self parking and informed me of the advantages to valet. I chose to self park and he offered me instructions. Upon arrival at the lobby, you can tell that this is a place that holds high standards from lighting to ambience I felt like I had made a great choice to stay the night. Checkin was simple and the team working was very professional, informative and pleasant. Going into the room the temperature was set perfectly and the room had been cleaned well. The bed was soft and the pillows were fantastic. The bathroom was spotless, from this decade. The pool was clean and provided a great view. What was even more surprising was the location to shops and restaurants. Definitely will return had a great stay. Thank you to the entire team, house keeping to management.

Stayed there with family a few weekends ago and the hotel was nice and clean. Would love to stay there again due to it’s convenient location in the core of Downtown Montreal. The only request would be to have more available and faster customer service, waited 20 minutes in line to check in due to only two people assisting the front desk and rooms not being ready. Other than that, the rest was all good!

This was a great hotel. I loved the decor and the newly-renovated rooms were neat, luxurious and very comfortable. There was still some construction going on around the outsider of the building while I was there, but I couldn't hear it on the 20th floor. The service was friendly, bilingual and efficient. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Thanks!
