“Muito limpo, mas impessoal. Talvez .. precise de uma pequena atualização. A equipe também poderia ser mais ativa e feliz no serviço. Enquanto estiver na Carélia, talvez um residente que venha à suíte possa até ser bem-vindo e dizer algo além de pedir para preencher um formulário de informações. Na saída, nada foi perguntado sobre como foi a visita. Ótima localização”
