“The front desk staff was very friendly, nice and helpful!!! I felt like they genuinely cared and went over and beyond to give great customer service! You’re drivers that I had were 2 different young men and they were very polite and helpful!! Excellent door to door service! I ONLY gave 4 stars because of the exceptional service I received from the drivers and front desk staff! If not for them I would have ranked lower! They are worth 5 stars! I did not give 5 stars because my pet peeve is hair and my bathroom had all kinds of hair everywhere. The floor, tub, face towel, and sink. I’m not sure about the actual room bc the carpet is dark, but I can only imagine. I was grossed out by the hair. The room appeared very clean outside of the hair. My bed was very clean and there was no hair in sight, on any of the linen (thank goodness) My suggestion is that the cleaning staff just go over the carpet and bathroom floors with a vacuum. I was able to use Kleenex and Sanitizer wipes to get most of the hair up, but I should not have had to.”

“Rooms are very cozy and clean! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, took care of all our needs promptly. Sonya at the front desk is such a sweet heart and you can tell she knows what she’s doing, very professional! We will definitely stay here again, no question!”
