“Hospedado aqui para um torneio de vôlei de 3 dias. Não fomos informados de que nossa reserva incluía um café da manhã gratuito e que durou até 830am. Só ouvi falar de outros pais que estão hospedados no mesmo hotel.A porta lateral fica aberta o tempo todo. Não preciso da chave do quarto para entrar.Ligou para a recepção para solicitar toalhas, mas ninguém respondeu. Fui para a recepção, mas não havia ninguém lá. Depois de esperar, disseram que mandariam toalhas. 20 minutos. mais tarde ainda sem toalhas. Chamado lá embaixo. Disse que todas as toalhas ainda estavam secando na secadora. Sem desculpas nem nada.Nunca mais ficar aqui novamente. Observe que eles respondem apenas às poucas boas críticas que têm, mas nunca às outras.”
