“Staff was friendly and accommodating. Initially, we had an issue with the fire alarm in our room, we told a staff member about it and told them we would wait for maintenance, as these things happen. He insisted to upgrade us to a suite in the courtyard. What a blessing. The bed was so comfortable and was the best night of sleep in a long time. Than you Beat Western French Quarter!”

“Our stay was wonderful in late March I have to say that the gentleman who checked us in I believe his name was Derek went above an beyond to make us feel welcomed and I need to mention that he was dressed so stylish. He guided us at 1am to a place to grab something to eat. It was very funny he was the only one there and kept a professional face even though there were some crazy older ladies in the lounge area hopping across the the tables and bar lol He was kind through all of that mess and well informed us about the hotel and our stay and he was nice enough to bring our luggage up so we could check out our room plus he saw how tired and hungry we were and didn't want us to deal with the small elevator. Overall my daughter and my experience was nice for our first time in New Orleans and it all started since we check in . The staff, the room, and the breakfast were great. Will return again”
