“Sou hóspede nele por oito noites, faltam duas noites e restam seis, e minha reserva não é reembolsável, caso contrário, teria ficado fora por muito tempo pelo seguinte: - Funcionários da recepção com experiência zero e pouco conhecimento em lidar com hóspedes, sem saudade de nomes estranhos, francamente, até os apartamentos mobiliados têm o nome dele anexado. - A limpeza é aceitável, mas o observador, se você não pedir para eles virem limpar, esqueça, ele só vem limpar os quartos depois que o hóspede sair ou você pedir, você coloca um papel na porta , senão você não coloca vida pra quem você chama, haha. - Se você ligar o ar condicionado, um som irritante sai do lado da porta do quarto, e a infelicidade é que mesmo quando você está do lado de fora da porta do quarto, você ouve o som. - O elevador do lounge, da piscina e do ginásio está fechado há uma semana e até agora está quebrado, pegue um elevador até o nono andar e suba as escadas de emergência. - O cartão do quarto é necessário diariamente para passar, falar com o cartão, e quando eu disse a ele por que você não programa para o período de permanência porque a situação é cansada e antiga, eu venho até você todos os dias para programar o cartão dizendo que todos os convidados são assim hhhhhhhhhh com certeza todos eles são assim porque seu programa é antigo??!!.. - O gerente do hotel encontra-se de licença, conforme comunicado do recepcionista, ok, depois dele, ou por sua conta, em estado de silêncio, não há resposta. Não recomendo muito o hotel, e essa é minha última experiência pessoal. Se tivesse menos de uma estrela eu daria, mas o site não aceita 🤓”

“Os prós são menores que os contras, mas: - Mobiliário moderno e elegante para o lobby e sala. A sala tem uma vista ampla. - O café da manhã é bom e variado, o witter egípcio é muito respeitável e o restaurante tem um sol agradável.Negativos: O tapete está sujo e tem manchas grandes, o sofá tem um cheiro desagradável, avareza horrível com todas as necessidades necessárias e todos eles são solteiros, embora a reserva seja para duas pessoas (como toalhas - pacotes de banheiro e...etc) sem escovas de dentes ou chinelos foram colocados.Sério, eu pedi água e chegou 45 minutos após o pedido e a maioria dos pedidos são assim, sem ferro disponível, travesseiros são os piores, grumosos e muito desconfortáveis.A drenagem da água da pia e do chuveiro é muito ruim, a pia coleta a água e o que ela descarta, e a área do chuveiro também tem água por longas horas porque as tendências não são controladas.”
