You have to ask for room servicing. Not an issue really but rooms should probably have a broom. Nice no carpet. It is a nicely refurbished hotel. The place is landscaped nicely. Kept clean. Continental breakfast no protien. They are pet friendly and should have a pet run? Nice pool good location if driving. Friendly staff.

Deixe-me começar dizendo que a localização foi a razão pela qual escolhemos este hotel. Era perto do centro médico Jackson South, onde meu pai estava fazendo uma cirurgia. No entanto, os quartos estão em mau estado. Nosso primeiro quarto, sim, eu disse primeiro quarto porque tivemos que nos mudar, estava sujo. Unidade de AC barulhento, filtro cheio de poeira e cortina de chuveiro do banheiro não fechava, então a água vazou por todo o chão. O exaustor estava quebrado e encontramos uma barata no chão ao lado do vaso sanitário. As camas eram confortáveis, bem como os lençóis, o que foi uma vantagem. O segundo quarto que mudamos também, que deveria estar em melhores condições, não estava. A porta não funcionava e travava corretamente… a banheira tinha cabelo e não escoava corretamente… nojento! Nunca vou ficar em um hotel de qualidade novamente. Holiday Inn ou Hampton Inn muito melhor.

Will stay there again on my next trip. For a budget motel, it sure was nicer than I expected. No noise and quiet. Parking may be limited at full capacity. Bagged breakfast is included.

Let me start by saying the location was the reason we picked this hotel. It was close to Jackson south medical center where my father was having surgery. However, the rooms are in bad shape. Our first room, yes I said first room because we had to move, was dirty. AC unit loud , filter full of dust and bathroom shower curtain didn’t close so the water leaked all over the floor. The exhaust fan was broken and we found a roach on the floor next to toilet. The beds were comfortable as well as the linens so that was a plus. The second room we moved too that was suppose to be in better condition wasn’t. Door wouldn’t work and lock properly… the bath tub had hair in it and didn’t drain properly… disgusting! Will never stay at a quality inn again. Holiday inn or Hampton inn so much better.

Mejor de lo esperado. Habitaciones super limpias. Excelente atencion. Personal bilingue y muy atentos. El desayuno no es bueno y no vale la pena ir por el. Parqueo super amplio y lo mejor es que estan cerca de todo lo que uno pueda necesitar. Sin duda me volveria a hospedar aqui. Super recomendable.

Tivemos nossa casa em tenda e optamos por ficar na pousada de qualidade porque era mais próxima do trabalho e de casa. Que erro! Eu me sinto mal deixando este comentário porque alguns dos funcionários da recepção foram muito profissionais e amigáveis. No entanto, alguns funcionários foram realmente rudes. Meus maiores problemas foi o fato de que este hotel tem a audácia de cobrar 130/noite, mas não pode fornecer aos hóspedes um par de lençóis limpos se forem necessários à noite. Absolutamente absurdo! As pessoas têm filhos, acidentes podem acontecer e é um hotel que aceita animais de estimação. Então, como você não tem roupas de cama limpas para seus convidados? Se você tem filhos e algo acontece, esqueça de ter um lugar limpo para dormir naquela noite. E eu uso limpo muito livremente. O lugar era apenas metade decente no fator de limpeza. Para o preço, era totalmente inaceitável. Tivemos um derramamento na cama às 19h. Nós ligamos para obter alguns lençóis frescos e fomos informados de que não era possível até que a equipe de limpeza retornasse pela manhã! Quem está administrando aquele lugar deve ter bom senso suficiente para pelo menos ter algumas roupas de cama extras para os hóspedes. No dia seguinte, liguei de manhã para pegar os lençóis e recebi uma enorme atitude da equipe sobre isso. Não é como se eu estivesse pedindo algo ultrajante. As paredes são finas como papel, a equipe de limpeza lhe dá atitude se você pedir alguma coisa, e algo naquele hotel não está certo. Eu tenho uma infecção sinusal maciça depois de ficar lá. Eu acho que suas unidades de AC devem ser imundas. Ainda estou tentando me recuperar de respirar o que quer que esteja crescendo naquele lugar e tenho uma dor sinusal muito forte. A outra coisa é o preço ridículo! 130 mais impostos para um motel posando como um hotel? Você pode obter um resort a dez minutos da Disney com serviço de quarto 24 horas, quartos impecáveis, fliperama, piscina com bar, as obras! Essas pessoas estão fora de si. "Qualidade" Inn precisa de seu nível de qualidade. Ninguém espera muito desse tipo de cadeia, mas o mínimo é limpeza, um preço decente e roupas de cama! Como eles estão sobrevivendo em um lugar como Palmetto Bay?

We had our home tented and chose to stay at the quality inn because it was closest to work and home. What a mistake! I feel bad leaving this review because some of the front desk staff were very professional and friendly. However, some staff were really rude. My biggest issues was the fact that this hotel has the audacity to charge 130/night but cannot provide guests with a clean pair of sheets if they are needed in the evening. Absolutely absurd! People have kids, accidents can happen, and it’s a pet friendly hotel. So, how do you not have clean bedding for your guests? If you have kids and something happens, just forget having a clean place to sleep that night. And I use clean very loosely. The place was just half decent on the cleanliness factor. For the price, it was totally unacceptable. We had a spill on the bed at 7PM. We called to get some fresh sheets and were told that was not possible until the cleaning staff returns in the morning! Whoever is running that place should have enough common sense to at least have some extra bedding for guests. The next day I called in the morning for the sheets and was given a huge attitude from the staff about it. It’s not like I was asking for something outrageous. The walls are paper thin, the cleaning staff gives you attitude if you ask for anything , and something in that hotel is not right. I have a massive sinus infection after staying there. I think their AC units must be filthy. I’m still trying to recover from breathing in whatever is growing in that place and have really bad sinus pain. The other thing is the ridiculous price! 130 plus tax for a motel posing as a hotel?? You can get a resort ten minutes away from Disney with 24hr room service, spotless rooms, arcade , pool with a bar, the works! These people are out of their minds. “Quality” Inn needs to up their level of quality. No one expects much from that type of chain but the bare minimum is cleanliness, a decent price, and freaking bedding! How are they surviving in a place like Palmetto Bay?

It was kind of loud for me but it is located in a busy area downtown. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. There is an attached bar/ restaurant that had live music. Good value for the price.

If I can give this place zero stars I will. I wouldn’t know where to start, but I’ll make a long story short! Don’t mistakenly leave anything in your room when you check out, because 10/10 you won’t get it back due to dishonest cleaners. It even felt like someone came in my room when I wasn’t therebecause I left there with multiple items missing!Lastly, they charged our card twice; paying doubled for one room, and they refused to give it back until check out! I will write a bad review everyday if I have too. Please avoid this place if you wish to have a great stay in Kendall!

Se filtra mucho ruido desde la calle, la habitación limpia y cómoda con un poco de olor a humedad.Muy buena ubicación para una noche de paso.

La verdad tiene falta de trabajadores estuve 8 días hospedado y solo una vez hicieron limpieza pero si los cuartos bien y la piscina esta bonita y comidas cercana

It was clean, updated, employees where really nice and helpful! I would stay here again, the next time I'm in Miami. I felt safe and everything you need is in walking distance. They have a security guard at night and he was great. No funky smells in the room and no bugs were seen. I was there for a week helping my sister recover from surgery.

First of all, there were roaches in the room. The floor was dusty. As a matter of fact, the room smelled musty and dusty. I couldn't stop coughing. Breakfast was horrible! Cold bacon and egg packet in a plastic bag. The people at the front desk were cordial. That's the only good thing about the place.

Really friendly and helpful staff (checked in on Christmas day). Rooms are quite spacious and tidy, the bed is really comfortable! Breakfast during these covid times is light but nice, you just have to collect it from reception. I'd definitely recommend this place. Oh and really strong A/C & WiFi!

Me encanta el hotel, me encanta la privacidad y que tiene tu salida individual.También lo preparadas que estab las habitaciones con nevera, microondas, tv, aire, calefacción,hasta tabla de planchar y caja fuerte. Lo único que no me gusta que por el virus no hay servicio de las habitaciones diarios. Por lo demás todo excelente y un personal agradable

Fue una muy grata experiencias, sobretodo por el caballero de recepción se nos olvidó el nombre pero tenía turno de noche, muy amable y simpático… nos recomendó algunas zonas turísticas y nos ayudó con varias complicaciones que tuvimos al llegar, además de su buena disposición… me gustaría que le hicieran llegar mi gratitud a él. Por lo demás las instalaciones muy cómodas y la piscina 10/10

El hotel es bueno para el precio que maneja, lastimosamente, reservé una habitación para no fumadores y al momento de hacer el check in me dieron una para fumadores y el funcionario del hotel bastante despota e indiferente. Tuve que buscar otro hotel al día siguiemte, porque el hotel no quiso o pudo cambiarme de habitación. A los no fumadores, les recomiendo nunca utilizar una habitación para fumadores, huelen horrible.
