“When we got to the hotel, no one was at the front desk and I waited 15 minutes in the lobby to check in. He was off “addressing an issue” on a floor. The suites are nice - except for the fact there was no hot water in the entire hotel. We couldn’t shower that night nor the next morning. Ice cold. Everyone was out. I asked what compensation the hotel was offering to make up for this and no one followed up as promised. We weren’t informed at check in and it was obviously already known by the hotel they had issues. Not. Impressed. When you’re paying that much for a stay, I’d like to be able to assume I’ll get those little perks like warm water…”
