“The hotel was clean and has all the standard amenities. Decent breakfast with plenty of options. Coffee machine instead of fresh brewed is disappointing. The staff is inattentive. They are just there and typically hiding to avoid people. The guests are a mixed bag of normal people and loud mouth a-holes who walk around with their phone playing music in their pocket or just talk loud AF like a effing jailhouse. This is why I won't be back. I need to pay more to avoid these types next time I'm in Charlotte.”

“This hotel needs an COMPLETE makeover!!! Parking lot is not well kept or lit (please be careful) lobby was ok BUT rooms need new carpet, sofa in rooms should be trashed, and bathroom needs upgrades!!! The staff needs customer service training. They overcharge because of location - University Drive (totally not worth it) I suggest to save your coins and pay extra at Hilton, Marriott or Hyatt”
