“Service: With every step we took, there was someone looking after us - making sure our car was parked, our bags collected, escorted to our room, facilities and amenities explained to us... and the list goes on. Every Taj employee was pleasant and helpful and the service was excellent.
Room: We stayed in the luxury suite, and we had a wonderful view of the mountain and city, the bathroom was gorgeous and quite large, the room was clean and we were even provided with an umbrella, the staff had provided us with a complimentary 'happy birthday' treat for my partner's birthday - very cute and thoughtful.
Breakfast: expansive breakfast options to cater for every dietary requirements. The food was delicious and the waiters were very attentive.
Aftercare: I had forgotten something in the bathroom and only realized a day after I checked out, I contacted the Taj and enquired if it had been found and they were very responsive and arranged a day and time for collection. I was really impressed at the responsiveness and the care - even after my stay (and it was just a one night stay). Definitely will not be my last time here! Fabulous.”
