Worked there for 3 months biting my tongue and gritting my teeth watching how the owner BOB RODRIGUEZ treated people with no respect, insults, and bullying including every employee. There must have been 20 NEW employees get hired and never make it a week just while I worked there...I got fired myself(while digging through his dumpster for his recycling) for just loading the washer with dirty linen)HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED for employment or for stay!!!!! Trabalhei lá por 3 meses mordendo a língua e cerrando os dentes vendo como o dono BOB RODRIGUEZ tratava as pessoas sem respeito, insultos e bullying incluindo todos os funcionários. Deve ter havido 20 NOVOS funcionários contratados e nunca completaram uma semana apenas enquanto eu trabalhava lá ... Eu mesmo fui demitido (enquanto vasculhava sua lixeira para sua reciclagem) por apenas carregar a máquina de lavar com roupa suja) ALTAMENTE NÃO RECOMENDADO para emprego ou para estadia!!!!!

This was an ok stay . I was surprised it was an Assend Collection hotel which normally is Choice Hotels top of the line . I am a diamond member with Choice and this seemed more like a Quality Inn to me . We slept well though and it's a nice location . Hoping to get my deposit returned as it's been a few days now....hint hint . Esta foi uma estadia ok. Fiquei surpreso por ser um hotel Assend Collection, que normalmente é o melhor da linha da Choice Hotels. Eu sou um membro diamante com Choice e isso parecia mais um Quality Inn para mim. Dormimos bem e é um local agradável. Na esperança de obter meu depósito devolvido, pois já faz alguns dias .... dica de dica.

Probably the nicest place in Willits and we'll worth the price. Very nice and comfortable rooms, very well maintained and very friendly staff. They do offer a breakfast albeit somewhat limited in selection. Provavelmente o lugar mais bonito em Willits e vamos valer o preço. Quartos muito agradáveis e confortáveis, muito bem conservados e funcionários muito simpáticos. Eles oferecem um café da manhã embora um pouco limitado na seleção.

Probably the nicest place in Willits and we'll worth the price. Very nice and comfortable rooms, very well maintained and very friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean. However, there was a strange smell in the room and the shower didn't work very well. The front desk workers were polite and helpful. Overall, a decent place to stay for a night or two but don't expect anything too nice. O quarto era espaçoso e limpo. Made a reservation in the morning thru a 3rd party. Called the hotel to let them know we were running late. I double checked to make sure they were pet friendly ( we were told they were) they told us the had a 35 lb weight limit. They refused to let my dogs stay unless they were left in the car. I explained how our truck was just stolen and we were driving a rental back home.I wasn't leaving my dogs to be taken along with the car. They refused to refund our money because we didn't give 48 hrs notice.We were not informed by anyone about the 35lb limit until I questioned it. If we can't stay our money should have been refunded. Super peaceful even though it's right in the middle of the town. Made it easy to check in after booking on booking.com. Clean comfortable rooms with food within a 5 minutes walking distance. Also a awesome dog park for the furry friends but $150 deposit.

Fiz uma reserva para um de nossos funcionários porque sua lista dizia que aceita animais de estimação. Eu não queria postar uma avaliação negativa, pois a equipe foi gentil, mas esse tipo de condições são simplesmente inaceitáveis para um quarto de $ 200 por noite. Na verdade, inaceitável para quaisquer acomodações. Temos um dos últimos quartos disponíveis, então talvez eles deixem o pior para o final? El hotel es realmente lindo desde el exterior y teníamos muchas esperanzas, pero quedamos muy decepcionados una vez que llegamos a la habitación. No quería publicar una crítica negativa ya que el personal fue amable, pero este tipo de condiciones son simplemente inaceptables para una habitación de $ 200 la noche. Realmente inaceptable para cualquier acomodación. Tenemos una de las últimas habitaciones disponibles, así que tal vez guarden lo peor para el final. The hotel is really cute from the outside and we had high hopes, but were super disappointed once we got in the room. I didn’t want to post a negative review as the staff were kind, but these kind of conditions are just simply unacceptable for a $200 a night room. Actually unacceptable for any accommodations. We got one of the last rooms available, so maybe they save the worst for last? Regardless, it shouldn’t be given to paying guests. There was a cigarette, musky stench that they were clearly trying to cover up with air fresheners in the corners of the room. It didn’t work. The worst part was the stained bedding and mattresses. They were disgusting. I went to pull back the sheets and there was no fitted sheet so the mattress was exposed and they were filthy. They were fine comfort wise, but trying to sleep after seeing the status of the mattresses was tough. They need to do better.Also note they don’t serve breakfast during Covid, but did give a voucher for $5 breakfast at a local restaurant.

I made a reservation for one of our employees because their listing said pet friendly. When he arrived, the clerk told him they only have two rooms that are designated pet friendly, and they were booked. She told him there would not be a charge for the room and sent him on his way. The next day we received a credit card charge for the room he did not stay in. When I contacted Rose the manager, she said he was past the cancellation time and we had to still pay for it. Greed and poor customer service at this place.

Ficamos neste hotel por 1 noite e depois de um mês eles cobraram meu cartão de crédito alegando que danificamos guardanapos, toalhas e tapete de banho. Que dano alguém pode causar nas toalhas? Não fizemos nada. Eles acusaram meu CC sem me notificar e sem fornecer evidências. Eu entrei em litígio contra as acusações e também vou entrar com uma reclamação contra o hotel. Absolutamente irracional. Nunca tivemos essa experiência de qualquer hotel que ficamos em nossa vida até agora.

Este é um lugar limpo e agradável para ficar com uma equipe maravilhosa. Uma mulher muito simpática nos registrou e nos deu uma grande lista de coisas para fazer no caminho até 101. Do Meio-Oeste, nas férias, é ótimo ter alguém apontando as pequenas coisas que teríamos perdido de outra forma!

Este es un lugar agradable y limpio para alojarse con un personal maravilloso. Nos alojamos en este hotel por 1 noche y después de un mes cobraron mi tarjeta de crédito alegando que dañamos servilletas, toallas y alfombrillas de baño. ¿Qué daño puede hacer alguien a las toallas? No hicimos nada. Acusaron a mi CC sin notificarme y sin proporcionar pruebas. He presentado una disputa contra los cargos y también voy a presentar una queja contra el hotel. Absolutamente irrazonable. Nunca tuve esa experiencia en ningún hotel en el que nos alojamos en nuestra vida hasta ahora.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night and after one month they charged my credit card claiming that we damaged napkins, towels and bath mat. What damage can someone do to towels? We didn’t do anything. They charged my CC without notifying me and providing no evidence. I have filed dispute against charges and also going to file complaint against hotel. Absolutely unreasonable. Never had such experience from any hotels we stayed in our life so far.

This is a nice clean place to stay with wonderful staff. A very nice woman checked us in and gave us a great list of things to do on the way up 101. From the Midwest on vacation it's great to have someone point out the small things we would have missed otherwise!

Os jardins são charmosos e a equipe foi adorável $ 200 por noite parecia um pouco alto para este estabelecimento, uma vez que era muito básico. A máquina de gelo funcionou ocasionalmente. Minha maior preocupação era que não houvesse uma fechadura na parte interna das portas. Isso me surpreende, pois este é um motel e as portas se abrem diretamente do lado de fora. Gostaria de ficar aqui novamente para a conveniência e limpeza.

Nos alojamos aquí dos veces en la misma semana. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y las camas eran cómodas. Los jardines son encantadores y el personal era encantador $ 200 la noche parecía un poco alto para esta propiedad ya que era muy básico. La máquina de hielo funcionaba de vez en cuando. Mi mayor preocupación era que no había un cerrojo en el interior de las puertas. Esto me sorprende ya que este es un motel y las puertas se abren directamente afuera. Me alojaría aquí de nuevo por la comodidad y la limpieza.

We stayed here twice in the same week. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.The grounds are charming and the staff was lovely $200 a night seemed a little high for this property since it was very basic. The ice machine worked occasionally. My biggest concern was there is not a deadbolt on the inside of the doors. This surprises me since this is a motel and doors open directly outside. I would stay here again for the convenience and cleanliness.

Ela é excelente. Cheryl fez tudo para ter um quarto disponível para mim. Expliquei que estava dirigindo de outra área e que precisaria de um quarto por algum tempo. Viajo mucho y es raro obtener un servicio al cliente tan increíble como el que recibí de Cheryl en la recepción. Ella es de primera. Cheryl hizo todo lo posible para tener una habitación disponible para mí. Le expliqué que conducía desde otra zona y que necesitaría una habitación durante algún tiempo. This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. Cozy, clean, and the staff is amazing! I travel a lot and it’s rare to get such amazing customer service like I received from Cheryl at the front desk. She is top notch. Cheryl went above and beyond to have a room available for me. I explained that I was driving from another area and I would need a room for some time. Cheryl made sure that I would have what I needed and be comfortable once we arrived. We showed up late and had a seem less check in and the room was lovely. It’s very clear that this hotel is owned by individuals who have pride in there ownership.
