“We have been owners here and Cancun since 2005!! These two destinations are our Home away from Home! Cannot go wrong with Royal Solaris! We have always been treated as VIP's and FAMILY since day 1!
Cannot wait to return in November and next March!”

“Almost all the restaurants, buffers and bars were closed. We had only one restaurant open each night that we could go to. And the good was absolutely disgusting. The drinks werent much better. We had to argue with the bartenders to not have bottom shelve alcohol. What’s the point of an all inclusive if I have to leave the resort to get decent food?! I had to spend way more money on this trip because I had to eat off the resort. Also we didn’t have power or water for one night we were there and it was absolutely miserable. It was like a sauna in our room. Heaven forbid we had to use the toilet! Not to mention some one went into our room and scanned our debit card taking us for a few thousand dollars and they took my prescription medications! Over all this resort sucked! I’m so disappointed I wasted my time and way more money than I should have there.”
