Vou começar pelo positivo, o pessoal. São de uma bondade aliada a uma benevolência à altura das 5 estrelas. Parabéns e obrigado a eles. Mas o prédio em si... Muitas janelas (quartos, sala de estar, sala de jantar) permitem a passagem do frio e do vento. Na área da piscina está frio. Embora haja um local com 4 tomadas domésticas, lamento que para a "posição" do hotel, não haja uma verdadeira estação de carregamento para veículos elétricos.

Comenzaré con lo positivo, el personal. Son de una bondad unida a una benevolencia a la altura de las 5 estrellas. Felicidades y gracias a ellos. Pero el edificio en sí... Muchas ventanas (dormitorios, sala, comedor) dejan pasar el frío y el viento. En la zona de la piscina hace frío. Aunque hay un local con 4 enchufes domésticos, lamento que para el "stand" del hotel, no haya una verdadera estación de carga para vehículos eléctricos.

Localização muito agradável, equipamento de talassoterapia moderno e confortável. Equipe muito atenciosa e agradável. Obrigado a todos.Por outro lado, a parte do hotel é extremamente decepcionante para uma classificação "Sofitel". Corredores estreitos onde é difícil passar uns pelos outros, quartos apertados (no mar ou no jardim), banheiros estreitos (você esbarra neles sozinho), materiais dos anos 90, paredes finas como papel, sem termostato individualizado. Não entendo a classificação "sofitel", na melhor das hipóteses um bom "ibis".

Excelente hotel como um todo, pessoal muito agradável, quartos onde nada falta, área de relaxamento verdadeiramente magnífica de acesso aberto com uma vista deslumbrante, café da manhã com muita escolha e muito bom. Retirei uma estrela para o estacionamento pago (não vimos o cartaz que o especificava e tivemos a má surpresa de ter que pagar 8,50€ por 4 horas de estacionamento) bem como para o quarto que não é digno de um hotel de 5 estrelas. O banheiro é limpo, mas desatualizado e precisa ser atualizado, o quarto é um pouco pequeno. Esperávamos melhor dado o preço por noite.

Excelente hotel en su conjunto, personal muy agradable, habitaciones donde no falta nada, zona de relax de acceso abierto verdaderamente magnífica con una vista impresionante, desayuno con mucha variedad y muy bueno. Quité una estrella por el parking de pago (no vimos el cartel que lo especificaba y tuvimos la mala sorpresa de tener que pagar 8,50€ por 4 horas de parking) así como por la habitación que no es digna de un hotel de 5 estrellas. El baño está limpio pero anticuado y necesita ser actualizado, el dormitorio es un poco pequeño. Esperábamos algo mejor dado el precio por noche.

Great staff, very sympathetic GM, accor policies which i find hard to understand (kids up to 12y are free & eat free (i like), but there are only family rooms to stay with kids (max. 3 people in a room, each guest must have his own bed for security and insurance reasons (even though our 3 year old only sleeps in our bed). But the family rooms are twice as expensive. Good marketing. The entire hotel is a little outdated but at a great and beautiful spot. Also more targeted to an older clientele, which is to expect due to it's positioning in the health sector. Not a bad experience. Dear Accor Group: Please ivnvest a bit and make it a great Sofitel experience.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, mas alguns quartos têm vista para o estacionamento. O nosso era pequeno e precisava de atualização. Foi muito bem equipado (café, chá, artigos de toalete, roupões de banho e chinelos) e a roupa de cama era confortável. Relativamente ao percurso marinho, a decoração não é muito elaborada mas é agradável de fazer e a vista é magnífica. Por outro lado, estava frio lá, dada a abertura do lado de fora, mesmo que a água estivesse na temperatura certa. Em suma, acho o custo-benefício um pouco excessivo, mesmo em promoção. O grande ponto positivo é a simpatia de todos os funcionários encontrados e quero muito ressaltar isso porque isso está se tornando raro! Obrigado

El hotel está muy bien ubicado pero algunas habitaciones dan al estacionamiento. La nuestra era pequeña y necesitaba una reforma. Estaba bastante bien equipado (café, té, artículos de aseo, albornoces y zapatillas) y la ropa de cama era cómoda. Respecto al recorrido marino, la decoración no es muy elaborada pero es agradable de realizar y la vista es magnífica. Por otro lado, allí hacía frío dada la apertura hacia el exterior, incluso si el agua estaba a la temperatura adecuada. En resumen, la relación calidad-precio me parece un poco excesiva, incluso en promoción. El gran punto positivo es la amabilidad de todo el personal encontrado y realmente quiero señalar esto porque ¡esto se está volviendo raro! Gracias

Muito bem situado directamente sobre o mar com a sua própria grande piscina. Quartos muito pequenos, corredores antigos, restaurante bom, mas sempre lotado. Muitos idosos aqui. Bons restaurantes fora para caminhar. Bom para descanso e praia

Muy bien situado directamente sobre el mar con su propia piscina grande. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, los pasillos son viejos, el restaurante es bueno, pero siempre lleno. Muchas personas mayores aquí. Buenos restaurantes afuera para caminar. Bueno para el descanso y la playa.

OK. É um hotel de 5 estrelas mas só coloquei 2.A equipe é extremamente agradável e amigável (de recepcionistas a arrumação para garçons e barmen) mas isso é tudo o que há para salvar.Estive em muitos hotéis do mesmo grupo e este parecia mais um Ibis do que um 5 estrelas. Embora eu saiba que tinha escolhido um quarto "standard", o quarto era muito pequeno. Menção especial para o pequeno almoço que apesar do seu preço excessivo (30€) é excelente.Havia também um fiante no parapeito da varanda do quarto. E a visão da "terra" era na verdade uma visão do estacionamento... Eu amo carros, mas ei.Raramente respondendo a pesquisas de satisfação, no entanto respondi à enviada pela Accor Hotels. Recebi uma resposta do gerente que se desculpou pelo desempenho, mas a € 200 por noite, um gesto comercial teria sido bem-vindo.

Bueno. Es un hotel de 5 estrellas pero solo pongo 2.El personal es extremadamente agradable y amable (desde los recepcionistas hasta el servicio de limpieza, los camareros y los cantineros), pero eso es todo lo que hay que ahorrar.He estado en muchos hoteles del mismo grupo y este me pareció más un Ibis que un 5 estrellas. Aunque sé que había elegido una habitación "estándar", la habitación era muy pequeña. Mención aparte merece el desayuno que a pesar de su excesivo precio (30€) es excelente.También había una novia en la barandilla del balcón del dormitorio. Y la vista de la "tierra" era en realidad una vista de estacionamiento... Me encantan los autos, pero oye.Rara vez respondiendo a las encuestas de satisfacción, sin embargo, respondí a la enviada por Accor Hotels. Recibí una respuesta del gerente que se disculpó por la actuación, pero a 200 € por noche, un gesto comercial hubiera sido bienvenido.

Problem with reservation department: suite booked for the first week of September but only available for 5 days. So I booked a different room for the last 2 days. The change of rooms was smooth and easy. Thank you. The hotel is very nice and superbly placed. SPA is OK but needs a facelift. Also, please improve the AC in the rooms, very important when it's hot and humid.

Service especially from any front desk agent was one of the worse ever experienced in a hotel part of Accor, Hilton, Marriott, IHG I have stayed at. From rude to non professional. Elite membership recognition is non existent. Pros: - the hotel took care about the Covid restrictions, especially for the common areas. - the pools and parcours marin are fantastic as well as the view over the beach from there. - Met some friendly and polite staff from the housekeeping, minibar departments, as well as at the bar of the hotel. - Food Quality at the restaurant, fairly friendly staff even though their service standards are comparable with the ones of Ibis, at best. Cons: - Inacceptable service from the front desk - No elite recognition (apart from a complimentary drink) - Extremely tiny room, dated, no coffee machine in the classic rooms (for a regular price of 250-350€ a night, it is yet to see elsewhere). - No weights in the fitness, the very first time I ever see that. It is not due to Covid regulations, as in other hotels the staff is usually making sure weights are also safe to use. The hotel does not justify a price of even 200€ a night despite the convenient location and the great pools.

We came so many times with my family when I was younger to this hotel and it was wonderful. So when my father got better from his cancer, we decided to come back to this place where we had so many good memories. We told them that we wanted a good cancellation policy in case his health changed and they told us to take the cancellation insurance that they recommended and to not worry, if anything happened it would really cover it. Well we were supposed to arrive the 27th of December, and his health drastically worsened on the 25th. He died two weeks later. But in top of missing our last holidays with our dad, we, more than ayear later, never got any reimbursement for the week we had to cancel. We asked to just have the possibility to book at another moment, that was declined as well. Apparently death is not a good-reason-enough to change dates for a booking.

They still have rooms without AC (which seems unacceptable for a hotel of that "standing" and price). We stayed there over summer and they dared say that the room did not have AC but they could bring a fan?!? The room was infested with mosquitoes and you could find dead mosquitoes killed on curtains by previous people. The hotel pretends to be too fancy and expensive for what it is. Take your money and put it elsewhere. To this day I am asking for a feedback form I refused to fill in at check out and they pretend to not receive my emails. The breakfast was good though.I was also curious to know if I was the only one with this feedback given the "good" rating on google but it only takes scrolling to come across reviews from Melissa Funk Weller of 2 years go or isidore legris of 4 months ago to corroborate my review.

Stayed here for a long weekend, hotel welcome was good, rooms too and the facilities were as expected. Breakfast was great, didn’t eat in the restaurant though but looked nice. The garden and bar area were relaxing The pool and spa were good, didn’t have any spa treatments as prices were rather steep. The location is great, either walking to town for a traditional local meal or a wander down the coast on to the very nearby beach!

Fantastic settings, the views from the restaurant or the spa resort are simply breathtaking. The service is what you can expect from a 5-star hotel, food is delicious and ocean-oriented so seafood lovers will enjoy it even more. The rooms are okay, surface-wise a bit small but on the other hand the beds are amazingly comfortable. In conclusion, a splendid 5-day trip to a beautifully placed hotel, in an area where seashore hikes are awesome.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the room was nice and the beautiful view made up for the small size of the room and bathroom. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, huge selection and excellent food. Concierge was very friendly and helpful. Good service in general. I am not sure it qualifies as a 5 star hotel but the price was reasonable so I would say it is a good value. Make sure you get a room with ocean view.
