Hotel was decent,rooms weren't nothing to brag on. They were clean and comfortable most importantly,for the price of this hotel I expected a lil more modern updated room I guess. The location was perfect for our trip,everything we was doing was walking distance. I read some reviews with bad rooms, bad service and so on, I can't say I had any of those issues. Still not sure about the 15 a day for parking, especially if you have a lifted 4 door 2500 truck like me it's a real tight squeeze in the back when full. Hotel era decente, os quartos não eram nada para se gabar. Eles eram limpos e confortáveis, o mais importante, pelo preço deste hotel, eu esperava um quarto atualizado mais moderno, eu acho. A localização era perfeita para a nossa viagem, tudo o que estávamos fazendo era uma curta distância. Eu li alguns comentários com quartos ruins, serviço ruim e assim por diante, não posso dizer que tive nenhum desses problemas. Ainda não tenho certeza sobre os 15 por dia para estacionar, especialmente se você tem um caminhão 2500 de 4 portas levantado como eu, é um aperto muito forte na parte de trás quando cheio.

No tiene cajas de seguridad en las habitaciones. No se limpian ni arreglan todos los días ni se reponia el cafe (para la maquina) ni azúcar y crema si no lo pedia. Muy buena ubicacion yel trato del personal amable y satisfactorio.

If it were possible to give this place less than one star I would. The front desk staff is extremely rude and reflects a attitude. None of the amenities are as promised online. No Restraunt no breakfast no bar and your parking price is $15 plus tax a night. While you are paying $200 a night just to stay here you will be greeted with a dry erase board stating that housekeeping is not available. And did I mention your going to be locked out of the hotel at night if you need to go to your vehicle. It took banging on the door for 5 minutes for the staff to let us in. Room keys do not work to get back in. No landscape done at all in the mini parking lot where you have to fight for a spot with unauthorized cars. Over all Don’t waste your money! I am a choice Diamond member and believe this place should not be on the ascend list! Very disappointed Se fosse possível dar a este lugar menos de uma estrela eu daria. As a Choice Diamond Member I will NOT return to this hotel. They refused to honor the reservation I place 6 weeks prior and didn't have the courtesy to reach out an explain they they overbooked their hotel. With no other options when I arrived I was forced to take a room that was nothing like what I booked. And was told that my Diamond Status didn't mean anything to them. Their Restaurant and Bar haven't been open in over a year. They tried to charge for parking. I refused to pay it. They offerNOTHING to their customers. I took my fiance there for her birthday. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. The ice machine didn't work, the pool has algae. There are better options. Much better options. Como um membro Choice Diamond, não voltarei a este hotel. Eles se recusaram a honrar a reserva que eu fiz 6 semanas antes e não tiveram a cortesia de entrar em contato e explicar que eles reservaram em excesso o hotel. The hotel is in a great location and historic St Augustine. The rooms are more than ample in size, decorated beautifully and are very modern yet fit so eloquently into this historic space. You are in walking distance of everything that makes historic St Augustine beautiful. There is fine dining, street food, elegant little diners, bed and breakfasts, shops and many many tours all around you. The Villa Victor is a great location nestled away in a historic district of St Augustine it is the perfect little jumping point for all your St Augustine adventures. Olá colegas exploradores, quando na cidade histórica de rua Agostinho em San Marco você encontrará uma linda pequena joia de hotel, Villa Victor. O hotel está em uma excelente localização e histórico St Augustine. Os quartos são mais do que amplos, lindamente decorados e muito modernos, mas se encaixam de forma tão eloquente neste espaço histórico. Você está a uma curta distância de tudo o que torna a histórica rua Agostinho bonita. Há bons restaurantes, comida de rua, pequenos restaurantes elegantes, pousadas, lojas e muitos passeios ao seu redor. As a Choice Diamond Member I will NOT return to this hotel. Last time we stopped in St. Agustín, we stayed at a small motel. On our walks to town, we went by this hotel and decided we'd stay there on a next swing by. As it turns out, it is a member of the Choice Hotel group, one of my hotel membership clubs. So, we did stay here on this last swing.It is not a large hotel, more like a big, big house converted but very well maintained and with very clean and comfortable rooms. My (-)star rating is due to their breakfast and hospitality area being closed. The staff of one (front desk) was very efficient, and the location is great. Well within walking distance of the castle, as well as the historic center with all its restaurants, boutiques, ghost tours and pirate offerings. Which we did enjoy, as usual. St Agustin is a preferred place to stop in when we go to Florida, so I'm sure we'll stay here again. Prices are moderate to mid (this was off season). A última vez que paramos em St. Agustín, ficamos em um pequeno motel. Em nossas caminhadas para a cidade, passamos por este hotel e decidimos ficar lá em um próximo balanço. Como se vê, é um membro do grupo Choice Hotel, um dos meus clubes de associação de hotéis. Então, nós ficamos aqui neste último balanço. Não é um grande hotel, mais como uma grande, grande casa convertida, mas muito bem conservada e com quartos muito limpos e confortáveis. Minha (-) classificação por estrelas se deve ao fato de a área de café da manhã e hospitalidade estar fechada. A equipe de um (recepção) foi muito eficiente, e a localização é ótima. Bem a uma curta distância do castelo, bem como do centro histórico com todos os seus restaurantes, boutiques, passeios fantasmas e ofertas de piratas. O que nós gostamos, como de costume. St Agustin é um lugar preferido para parar quando vamos para a Flórida, então tenho certeza que vamos ficar aqui novamente. Os preços são moderados a médios (este foi fora de época).

The hotel has a great location which is very close to downtown and walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, shops and attractions however, it seemed the whole hotel only have 1 employee. The area needs a lot of TLC and a deep cleaning. Bathrooms were not clean and I spend more time trying to reattach the shower head in place than actually taking a shower. Also, looked like there was no security at night. I came late night and walked through the lobby straight to my room and there was not one employee around to check on who was coming and going. O hotel tem uma ótima localização, muito próximo ao centro e a uma curta caminhada de todos os restaurantes, bares, lojas e atrações, no entanto, parecia que todo o hotel só tinha 1 funcionário. A área precisa de muito TLC e uma limpeza profunda. Os banheiros não estavam limpos e eu passo mais tempo tentando recolocar o chuveiro no lugar do que realmente tomando banho. Além disso, parecia que não havia segurança à noite. Cheguei tarde da noite e atravessei o saguão direto para o meu quarto e não havia um funcionário por perto para verificar quem estava entrando e saindo.

Hotel location is great. However, customer service is a negative 5 stars. This is suppose to be the top.of the line Ascend for Choice. Stayed here July 3rd.Receptionist at check in was rude beyond belief, didn't care if you stayed there or not. Bill board up stating the breakfast line is closed unr.further notice and house keeping will try and get to you if you Ned something. These things should be known upfront before booking or the price should be reduced. Rooms aren't cleaned well, and the towelsare so worn they need to be replaced. I will never stay at this property again and.im.a platinum member. Ask to check out an hour later was told no, that's also a benefit for being a platinum member. So basically at this property you will be treated rudely, no Breakfast, room service if your lucky, don't ask to use your benefits as a member at a premium price. A localização do hotel é ótima. I was traveling with a friend. When we booked this hotel we chose it for the amenities that were offered online. Once we arrived however, NONE of the amenities were available. No pool, no hot tub, no breakfast, no bar, and worst of all, no apologies or offers to rectify other than say we could cancel if we didn’t like it. The only thing offered was insanely overpriced snacks and beverages in a room with an alarm. On top of this, the customer service is astoundingly terrible. The woman at the front desk when we arrived acted like we were bothering her by checking in. I can’t even believe how incredibly rude she was. Some of the other employees spent their time sitting on a bench outside the entrance smoking. There was also a whiteboard sign sitting in the lobby warning customers not to ask for anything because housekeeping staff was short handed. I will NEVER book a room here again. What a waste of $200! Eu estava viajando com um amigo. Quando reservamos este hotel, o escolhemos pelas comodidades oferecidas online. Uma vez que chegamos no entanto, NENHUMA das comodidades estavam disponíveis. Sem piscina, sem banheira de hidromassagem, sem café da manhã, sem bar e, o pior de tudo, sem desculpas ou ofertas para retificar, além de dizer que poderíamos cancelar se não gostássemos. A única coisa oferecida foi lanches e bebidas insanamente caros em um quarto com alarme. Além disso, o atendimento ao cliente é espantosamente terrível.
