“O hotel fica no centro de Saranac e fica a uma curta caminhada de lojas, do rio a pé e restaurantes. Visitamos durante Covid e o hotel tinha serviço de limpeza limitado no local, mas isso não era um inconveniente. Se você precisasse de assistência, alguém estava lá imediatamente para ajudar.”

“Nuestra habitación estaba bien, la ducha necesitaba una buena limpieza. Llamamos con anticipación para registrarnos temprano y la recepción dijo que lo más temprano que podían hacer era a las 3 pm, así que dijimos "genial, hagámoslo". Llegamos alrededor de las 2:45 y le hicimos saber a la gente de recepción que entendíamos que nuestra habitación aún no estaba lista y preguntamos si podíamos esperar hasta que lo estuviera.
