Estava sujo. Após avaliações prévias, esperávamos limpeza ao nível dos hotéis europeus. Enquanto isso, a porta estava em mau estado, um fungo no banheiro, uma torneira enferrujada na pia e um serviço de limpeza ruim estragaram nosso sangue.A sauna e a piscina são velhas e, para dizer o mínimo, não o encorajam a usá-las. Durante os 12 dias da nossa estadia, decidimos não passar um único dia na piscina do hotel.O elevador tinha serviço desatualizado e não parava de nivelar com o chão em alguns andares.

Bastante caro para el servicio que dan. El hotel aunque parece reformado está con humedades, nuestra habitación era una junior suite y siempre olía a húmedo. Se podía ver como en distintas zonas del techo de la habitación habían pintado encima de las humedades. La limpieza diaria dejaba muchísimo que desear. Hacían la cama de milagro y dejaban los cubiertos o platos que usábamos sucios en el mismo sitio. Algo destacable es la atención del personal de recepción y el buffet. Todos encantadores y muy amables especialmente Miquel que nos atendió de maravilla.

Atención del personal muy buena, amables, simpáticos y atentos. El Hotel no está mal, hay cosas que mejorar, pero en general es aceptable. El personal es la pieza fundamental de éste Hotel, Rafael el jefe de comedor, Marek jefe de recepción, Gabriela ,Juanan, chefs, ayudantes, camareros, personal de limpieza muy atentos y profesionales, volveremos.

Muy buen trato, el personal del hotel es muy majete. Nos cambiaron de habitación a una con mejores vistas sin coste adicional. Tenían legumbres en el buffet libre, que siempre es un plus (para quienes no coman carne). Habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, y buenas vistas. Muy recomendable

My partner and I arrived at this hotel late in the evening and were told by the receptionist Gabriella that our booking was not on the system. However she guaranteed us that all would be fine. Although we paid for a room with pool view and were told this is what we’d be given we were allocated a room with a view of an alleyway. We then went to the reception to ask for the room we paid for and we were told that they only had a twin room with pool view available. We accepted this although we had paid for a double bed assuming that we could just push the beds together and given the fact that it was late, we were tired and the delay had resulted in us missing our dinner reservation.Upon arriving in the room we noticed that we didn’t have any towels which we then had to go and ask for and we were also met with a large urine stain on the toilet seat. After pushing the beds together we had noticed in the night that they would move apart large amounts so we decided in the morning to request a change.We spoke to the manager of the reception and after we were told that the receptionist upon our arrival hadn’t even checked us in he was able to give us a room closer to what we paid for. We had unpacked our things but when I went to shower before dinner I noticed that there was no hot water so we had to move rooms for the 4th time in less than 24 hours.The two stars awarded are for the pool facility and the decent breakfast but our overall experience in the hotel was stressful and resulted in a lot of time wasting. We also felt as though the staff were unsympathetic to the problems we were having and this along with the unfriendly holiday makers means that unfortunately we will not return to this location.

Pagamos 85€ por una noche con media pensión, la piscina estaba bien, al llegar a la habitación por la noche el aire acondicionadono funciona llamamos a recepción para comunicarlo y a la media hora viene el “jefe de sector” y nos dice que no nos puede cambiar de habitación porque estaba todo completo cuando en el Hotel no había ni 20 personas, pasamos una noche muerto de calor, tuvimos que abrir la ventana y nos comieron los mosquitos, al día siguiente teníamos que dejar la habitación a las 12 y las dejamos a las 10 porque no podíamos estar del calor y nadie hizo nada ni nos dijo nada, la verdad que por lo que cuesta el servicio muy pésimo! Sin contar el buffet que es lo más mediocre del mundo! La verdad que me iría a otro hotel si tuviera que elegir

Wonderful experience!!! We stayed in the hotel for 9 days and had the best time. Gabriela and all the staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The pool, sauna and all facilities are very clean and nice. Breakfast is always fresh and delicious.
