Unforgettable as it is breathtaking! From the time we set foot on this exquisite resort you won't want to leave. Our experience was exceptionally magnificent and memorable. Both of our concierge in Tower 1 (Club) provided us with amazing service we were treated like royalty. Everyone was genuinely kind and helpful. The grounds, staff, restaurants, rooms are nothing short of phenomenal. I see why people fall in love with Costa Rica. We'll definitely be back to the Westin Conchal Golf Resort. This place raises the bar on how a hotel experience should be. Thank you Westin Conchal for making our stay excellent and wonderful.

We just finished up our stay here for the past 8 days and I cannot say enough about this place! I want to start off by saying Javier in Tower 2 of the Royal Beach Club was absolutely phenomenal!! He met all our needs throughout each day and never seized to amaze us with how outgoing he was! With that however, every single employee here was so nice and helpful! Coming back to the US has immediately felt awful after experiencing such customer service at the Westin! The food the activities the pool the beach was all absolutely the best! Will definitely be coming back!

My sister and I went to Costa Rica for the first time and stayed at the Westin and were not disappointed!! Everyone was so nice and friendly and the food was amazing!!! Even over the Labor Day holiday weekend, there were a lot of people, but the place is perfectly spread amongst so many beautiful trees and plants. It was fantastic!! The rooms were amazing and clean, the food was amazing and the people from the front desk to the people who drove you were the friendliest people I've ever met!! Can't wait to come back to this amazing hotel in paradise!!! Thank you all so much!!

Our stay was great Jario, our concierge was an absolute amazing person and he made our stay wonderful! I gave a 4 star because I would say that the rooms we outdated but it looks like they might have been doing some updates as we were leaving. The food was good at a couple of the restaurants but definitely could use some work. We Loved the breakfast buffet. Drinks were definitely week I will say that the beach was my favorite thing about our stay. Super clear water with the most amazing sand!!!

Let me just start by saying I am NOT a complainer. When we travel, we usually stay very economically and KNOW what we are getting into and plan accordingly. We went to The Westin for the second half of our honeymoon- on which we decided to "splurge" a bit...assuming The Westin and a golf resort would be nice. The room was so moist and had mold in several areas even after hours of A/C and fan. The shower walls had previous guests hair on them as well as the bathroom floors. We politely asked to move rooms and they kept delaying us- for 2 nights they told us we would have a new room the following day. By then we only had one more night left and gave up on it. The staff were lovely and the grounds were pretty nice. The pool is in desperate need of resurfacing. The tiles were broken off everywhere and someone could scrape their feet. The food was good. Wish there was a late night fun spot for drinks/dancing. Lastly, the worst part of this resort was that when going to the beach, they allowed so many outside vendors to come and solicit on the walkway to the beach. We were followed and haggled all the way to the shoreline. The beach itself is nothing to note. Overall, we were really disappointed in the experience here.
