“Hello, if you are looking for a nice hotel to visit lugano this is the place to say, the hotel is in a perfect position in a nice area of Central lugano.
The hotel is very nice and the best ibis budget hotel i have stayed in, its superior to all of them. A great quality budget hotel. Ps it has great parking.
I would like to thank all the the staff who are very helpful and friendly, there is one lady in particular called Denise who is extremely nice and very professional, people like Denise with great personality make the difference between a normal experience to an exceptional one!

“240 CHF for one night is very expensive. The room was very clean but the bathroom was like a plastic box. This wasn't comfortable. The breakfast was so so. The eggs were hidden and the Croissant was raw. It was more low Budget. But remember the price for one night (240 Chf)”
