“Staff was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful, they make you feel very welcome and comfortable. And the breakfast in the morning is amazing and everything is fresh and they have so many options and they also accommodate food allergies because I am lactose but they had almond milk. The pool was amazing and I had it all to myself. I literally don't have one negative thing to say”

“Room temp was 75 the entire night because management decided to shut off the room AC before Oct 19. Hotel policy says AC to be shut off Nov. 1st. My wife, 4 year old, and I couldn’t sleep with a hot room and stagnate air. The front desk staff was nice but had no solution or help from management. Also bar soap for hand washing in the room was not available because it’s been on “back order” for months. Beautiful hotel but the management or property owner seem to be cutting cost at guest comfort expense. Will never stay here again.”
