“Wouldn't recommend this hotel for travelers who are sight seeing. This hotel states 4 star but would be a 2 star at a push in the uk. Disappointing compared to other best westerns. Rock solid mattresses, thin walls, could hear chairs scraping in early morning and late evening as we were above the dining area. The hotel restaurant is mediocre with slow service. Hotel charges you if you drink the bottled water in the room, however the bottles are free with breakfast so if you replace them with this it's no charge? Staff were really rude and argue if you complain. Not welcoming and do not ask you how your stay was etc. The area is an absolute dive, rough part of Rome, not the place you would want to walk around at night. The metro is a 20 min walk up and down hills and rubbish/broken glass filled pavements. The metro and busses are so full here you have to squeeze on and stand up or wait for thee next one as its too full. Rome City centre is beautiful, if I came back I would stay alot closer to the centre rather than traveling really far to the sight seeing places. The cleaners ignored our do not disturb sign of the door and let themselves in to clean, seems to be a common issue reading the other reviews. I think its really poor practice to argue with customers opinions, rather than taking the feedback on board and working towards a better hotel! No doubt I will get an appalling reply from the staff, however I feel there is false advertisement and a lot of improvements to be made.”

“Great price for the services and comfort provided. Room was clean and convenient. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear other rooms. Breakfast was standard and freshly made, coffee was great. It has 15 min walk to Tiburtina station which has access to taxis, busses, metro and airport trains.”
