“Clean hotel and a variety of amenities. We enjoyed the heated pool but is partially outdoors so it was freezing. The robes in the closest are very soft. The water temperature in the shower was very sporadic and it was very hard to take a warm shower. The room snacks were pricey but we did receive complimentary bottled water and chocolates after housekeeping cleaned. Lovely view of the city. Not so friendly service from any of the departments. The associates came off as stuck up specifically to tourist. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection and great quality.”

“Tourists stay away, my husband had a flight at midnight so we tried to leave the hotel at 930 but it was locked. I had to ask to one of the front desk guys to open it. First he was hesitant to open the door stating there was a curfew. Then I had give him an explanation to why we needed to leave. The following morning I was woken up at 8 am by the manager for an apology and some chocolates. It was such a horrible experience overall. Also, There was mold in our shower, and the bed was not comfortable. I will never come back again.”
