Banheiro inunda e umidade avança para o carpete do hall. Não há espaço suficiente para café da manhã para todos. Necessário levar o breakfast para o quarto. TV do quarto não funciona. Bom para dormir e só.

Hotel bom. Quartos amplos e limpos. Estacionamento e internet grátis. Atendimento bom. Localização excelente, bem perto de tudo. Custo benefício vale a pena.O único ponto que não nos agradou foi o café da manhã que achamos fraco, mas no padrão americano e o local para fazer a refeição que é muito pequeno e com poucas mesas e não atendem nem metade dos hóspedes ao mesmo tempo.

Estive hospedado no hotel nesse mês de junho por 16 dias e só tenho elogiospara fazer. O hotel oferece quarto confortável, roupas de cama limpa e as toalhas sãotrocadas todos dias. Os funcionários nos receberam muito bem, masgostaria de deixar meu elogio para 2 funcionários o Tony da recepção e o Lino que atende no café da manhã eles são exemplos dedicação. MUITO OBRIGADA PELA ATENÇÃO E RECOMENDO O HOTEL que também é bem localizado.

Hotel excelente, com ótimo atendimento, quarto e banheiros amplos, muito limpo e ótima localização (próximo a Universal). Café da manhã simples e gostoso. O único inconveniente foi a falta de box no banheiro (que tinha apenas uma cortina) e, com isso, a água escorria para o resto do banheiro. Mas como o quarto era limpo todos os dias, este item não chegou a incomodar tanto. Vale a estadia e ficaria lá novamente.

Bom hotel, funcionários educados e prestativos, porém o cheiro do carpete é um pouco forte dependendo da pessoa pode se incomodar, tem uma ótima localização em um bairro muito bonito.

Minha mulher e eu ficamos lá de 17 a 25 de maio do corrente. Quarto amplo, bom banheiro, café da manhã deixa a desejar. Atendido por um brasileiro chamado Tony, um tanto arrogante e antipático. Na chegada nos ouviu falando português e mesmo assim nos atendeu em inglês. No entanto, outros funcionários extremamente agradáveis. Perto de tudo. Recomendo.

Não é um hotel de grandes luxos, mas é bem aconchegante, todas as pessoas do hotel me atenderam super bem, o preço é bem em conta. O hotel é bem localizado para quem vai para os parques da Universal e para o Orlando Icon. Mas a Disney é que é distante do centro de Orlando mesmo.

I honestly was not sure what to expect due to the mixed reviews of this property, but am so glad I stayed. I was checked in by Helen who was extremely nice and informative. The room was in good condition and very clean. I only stayed one night this time around, but will definitely be back, hopefully for longer next time.

We stayed during presidents day weekend at this location, and not sure what happened but the double queen suite we booked was given to someone else when we arrived at night time, but the guy in the reception took care of it and handled the situation well. They didn't just leave us hanging leaving us to stay at another hotel. The next day the manager contacted us and gave us the room we reserved right before heading out to the theme parks. This is when we see how well they treat their customers, stuff happens sometimes but they handled the situation well and helped us 100%. We highly recommend this hotel.

Está casi equidistante a los parques de Disney y Universal (más cerca del segundo). La atención de las recepcionistas de la mañana es excelente. El desayuno es bastante completo en comparación a otros hoteles de Miami/ Orlando. La habitación tenía un poco de olor a humedad cuando llegamos pero se fue enseguida prendiendo el aire acondicionado. Muy recomendable!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at the hotel. Let me just say that the bed was like sleeping on the floor. The bed is just horrible. The room was a king size, very small and dated. The elevators are scary, they shake you have no idea what floor they stop on because the display does not work. We will not stay at this hotel ever again.

This hotel is my go-to when I visit universal studios in Orlando. The free parking and breakfast are the big things I look for. The next thing I look for in a hotel are a pool and hot tub. The last two visits to this hotel, the hot tub has been out of commission, waiting on a part. Every time I’ve visited, the pool has been so freezing cold that it’s unusable. Fridge and microwaves are a huge plus and I’ve never had any problems there. The rooms have that faint smell to them that suggests they used to be smoking rooms. Overall, I’ll still come to this hotel because the price is right for what you get. If only they would fix the pool/hot tub issues.

Great 3 star hotel. Close to the Convention Center. The complimentary breakfast was just what my family of 5 needed to get us started for the day. Waffle station was well maintained and lots of grab and go options. If you are expecting a breakfast buffet, you may need to look elsewhere. Rooms are in need of some TLC, but not anything an update couldn't fix. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

This could have received more stars, but their lack of planning prohibits that. We booked way in advance of our trip. When we checked in, nothing was mentioned about an outside agency coming to do carpet cleaning during our stay. We arrived back at our room on Sunday evening to find a letter under the door stating a cleaning service would be there the next day to clean the carpets. When we returned Monday evening, the cleaners had actually not arrived. No further notice was given in regards to any new dated and times. We actually did request for them to not allow anyone in our room while qe we're away. When we returned Tuesday evening, they had in fact been in our room and the carpets did appear to be clean. Don't get me wrong, I love a clean floor, but not without communication, and not at the expense of my things. I mean Florida is humid already, and when you do carpet cleaning, and don't fan them out to dry...ugh. Everything was wet from the added moisture and humidity. And it stayed that way the rest of the stay. Thank goodness it was only about 10 hours.The good news is, the room itself was pleasant. The staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was filling.

The room is dated and in need of a remodel. There was a slight smell to the room. We could not get a constant temperature in the room. Due to Covid they emptied garbage and left clean towels but the rooms could stand to be cleaned better than they were. It allowed us to sleep and be in the area we needed to be. The staff was friendly and and accommodating. I wouldnot stay in this hotel if I came back to the area unless they update their hotel.

Our family of 5 checked in on 12/10/2021 for a 3 day stay, booking through the Universal website for our ticket packages. The room was dated, the fridge was not plugged in upon arrival and smelled like mold and mildew. We attempted to unfold the couch bed to have it ready for our children and the sheets were never changed and had blood stains on it. We left the pull out bed as is and didn’t even attempt to switch it out because mattress was not worth sleeping on. The toilet was never cleaned before arrival and had fecal matter and blood stains under the seat. Thankfully we brought Lysol spray and wipes to clean the room properly. Comfort inn and suites was picked due to photo review on universals website. The photos did not reflect this locations outdated rooms. Cleanliness is a major key to families with young children and this hotel was not up to par. Free Breakfast was the plus side to our stay. There were a lot of families at the front desk making complaints on their rooms. Staff was friendly but this hotel definitely needs some TLC and cleaning staff retraining on post pandemic protocols.

Creo ha sido lo mejor del viaje Muy buen ambiente Las habitaciones cómodas, limpias, el personal muy atento, en su mayoría bilingüe, la ubicación es muy buena, puede caminarse por International Drive, tiene cerca restaurantes, tiendas y atracciones de la ciudad. Incluye desayuno, al menos por el momento, tiene parqueo, piscina, gimnasio. Muy buena relación - costo y cercanía En Orlando se ha vuelto nuestra principal opción. Gracias por la atención.

Excelente lugar buen desayuno, personal amable, cn instalaciones comodas cn sala de computación e impresión , piscina jacuzzi el aseo lo relizan a diario las habitaciones comodas espaciosas y completas cuenta cn estacionamiento privadoesta en un lugar céntrico cerca de icon park ,mall,outlet puedes caminar y tomar los buses en los paraderos establecidos o tomar uber en el frontis del hotel me encanto recomendadisimo👍

Excelente hotel custo/benefício para quando se viaja em dupla ou em trio. O gerente é brasileiro e os funcionários são portugueses, isso facilita caso você não fale inglês. O café da manhã é bastante bom para o tamanho do hotel e tem bastante opções, gostei principalmente do muffin de blueberry. Se você tiver uma família de 4 pessoas, recomendo alugar um airbnb pq sairá mais em conta. Tem também uma lojinha de conveniência que vende coisas para serem feitas no microondas do quarto. Claro que como todo hotel de Orlando, não é pra dar bobeira pq a cada bobeira é um roubo. Então, seja em qualquer hotel, fica a dica: tranque tudo nas malas, não use o cofre do quarto pq ele não é chumbado na parede, não deixe tudo jogado. Não tem mofo nos quartos, peça algum quarto com a vista pra piscina pois tem um lago logo na frente que fica bastante bonito.CONTRAS: Não recebem pacotes de amazon ou encomendas, então se ficar, use algum dos amazon lockers espalhados por Orlando. Se você for tarde pro café, pode não ter mesa pra você.PRÓS: Hotel aceita late check-in, guarda as malas no último dia mesmo você já tendo saído do quarto para o check-out, fica do lado do Pirate's Dinner Adventure, tem piscina/academia/lan house e conveniências, tem cofre na portaria. O hotel tem estacionamento gratuito e uma balança de malas (cada mala = 1 dólar). Também tem um local de venda de ingressos pras diversas atrações caso precise.

Rentamos cuarto por una semana. Es un hotel bonito. Cómodo. El personal de limpieza es amable. Pero el primer día de nuestra estadía,al llegar a la habitación,nos quitamos los zapatos en la puerta y luego de apenas unos minutos organizando las cosas, le habían robado los zapatos a mi esposa. El hotel no se hizo responsable. En recepción, el empleado me preguntó mi procedencia,no entiendo si eso era relevante para quejarme de que me habían robado.Luego me dijo que en otra oportunidad en que había bastante movimiento de huéspedes,se robaron una maleta frente a recepción. Otra noche entré y no había NINGÚN empleado por ningún lado. No tienen sistema de vigilancia. Ni una cámara.Cualquiera podría robarte impunemente.El lejano oeste,pues.El hotel no garantiza en absoluto la seguridad de las personas ni de sus pertenencias. Yo renté una habitación con dos camas queen y me dieron camas matrimoniales. Cuando reservé,decían que tenían desayuno americano incluido.Es mentira.Te dan una triste bolsita de papel con un cupcake, un mini vaso de 4 oz de jugo de manzana y una barra dietetica.

Un hotel 3 estrellas correcto. Las habitaciones son amplias y luminosas. Falta un poco más de limpieza en las alfombras. Baño cómodo con muy buena presión de agua. Lo negativo es que (en el contexto del covid19) el desayuno es a través de una bolsa armada con 1 barra de cereal, 1 muffin y un vasito de jugo de naranja. El café tampoco es bueno. A destacar la atención. Siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Para quienes no se desenvuelven con el Inglés, en la recepción también hablan español.
