“They are absolute frauds! I got a response from the hotel from my original review saying that this is the wrong hotel and they contacted Google to delete this. It is not the wrong hotel! I even called the front desk of this hotel and they said they won’t help me! Crystal Beach suites Miami Florida beachfront property and all the pictures match. This is the resort I did not review the wrong resort thank you very much! I booked a vacation package. The resort called me to confirm then tells me they are canceling my vacation they did not except my reservation and hangs up on me. I finally get a hold of them again and I speak to a manager the manager refuses to tell me her name were the department she’s working in and also tells me that they’re not going to except my reservation but they’re also not going to refund me so they want to not allow us to stay there but keep my money. I had to call my bank to reverse the charges. Look at your own risk I would not recommend risking your vacation booking this resort!”
