“When I saw the second pawn shop I knew this was going to be a dive. We needed a place to stay so we gave it the benefit of doubt. It was indeed a dive. The floors were so dirty I wouldn't walk on them with out shoes or socks. My white socks were turned black on the soles. The counter was held up by 2x2's and there were piles of dirt in the corners. I asked for a credit the next morning and was refused since we didn't bring it up that night before. The manager said he could have given a different room. At which point I said I didn't think any of their rooms would be clean. So a negative review. The rating should be a negative 5 stars. I didn't ask for a refund just a credit of some sort. We were billed $200 for this dump.”
