“October 15, I stayed with my Fun For Less Tour Group. The music by the swimming pool was extremely loud. Our room was up above the pool and we couldn't sleep because of the loud music. I called the front desk when the music didn't stop at 10:00 and I was told that it would turn off at 10:30. When the music didn't stop at 10:30, I called the front desk and I was told that it would turn off at 11:00. When the music didn't stop at 11:00, I called the front desk and I was told that it would turn off at 11:30. I called and asked to speak to the manager, and finally a lady at the front desk was able to get the music turned off at 11:15. The next morning, I asked to speak to the manager and he apologized, but that didn't restore the sleep I lost when I had to get up at 5:30 am. He then took my information and said he would set up a Hilton account for me and deposit some credits. When I returned home, I discovered that the manager had not done as he promised.”
