Excellent check in experience, very nice room. Close to the Perimeter Mall. Soft bed, but wasn't thrilled with the pillows. Soft towels and quiet stay. No view on the first floor.

Ficamos uma noite no fim de semana passado. Localização é muito boa. Perto do shopping Perimeter, não muito longe do centro, bem próximo da interestadual. O check-in foi muito tranquilo, e parece que o hotel foi reformado recentemente. Quarto era muito espaçoso, e cama era muito confortável para dormir.No entanto, após um breve descanso após o check-in no quarto, quando estávamos saindo para jantar, havia um cheiro muito forte de maconha no corredor. Não tenho certeza se a maconha recreativa é legal ou não em GA, mas esta foi a primeira vez que cheiramos algo assim no hotel. Nem mesmo naqueles estados onde a maconha recreativa era legal, nunca cheirei nada. Falamos sobre isso e solicitamos mudar o quarto para outro lugar. Mas ela não ajudou em nada. Ela acabou de nos dizer que todo o quarto está reservado, e ela nem queria fazer nada sobre isso. Só que ela me disse era para verificar se não queremos aquele quarto. Tentamos entrar em contato com o atendimento ao cliente corporativo, mas eles também nos transferem de uma pessoa para outra, e nenhum foi útil. Nós não fomos a Atlanta para falar com pessoas corporativas, então acabamos desistindo de falar com alguém. Depois que voltamos para o hotel, havia um cheiro muito forte de ambientador com cheiro de maconha por trás. Pelo menos a coisa boa foi que nenhum cheiro entrou no quarto. O mesmo cheiro estava no corredor na manhã seguinte.Eu pensei que qualquer Hilton Hotel era basicamente uma instalação livre de fumo, pelo menos nos EUA. Muito decepcionado, ninguém, não apenas a pessoa do hotel, mas ninguém da empresa estava disposto a nos ajudar.No entanto, como observei antes, o quarto em si era limpo e agradável, a cama era muito confortável. Então só se eu souber que não vai ter cheiro assim de novo, eu posso ficar aqui. Mas provavelmente não com esta experiência.

We stayed a night in past weekend. Location is very good. Near to Perimeter mall, not too far from downtown, very close to interstate. The check in was very smooth, and it seems hotel was recently renovated. Room was very spacious, and bed was really comfortable to sleep. However, after a short rest after checked into room, when we were going out for dinner, it had really strong smell of marijuana in the hall way. I am not sure if recreational marijuana is legal or not in GA, but this was the very first time we smelled something like this in the hotel. Not even in those state where recreational marijuana was legal, I have never smelled anything. We told about this and requested to move the room to some other place. But she was not helpful at all. She just told us that all the room is booked, and she's not even wanted to do anything about it. Only she told me was to check out if we don't want that room. We tried to reach out to corporate customer service, but they also just transfer us one to another people, and none was helpful at all. We did not went to Atlanta to talk to corporate people, so we eventually gave up reaching to someone. After we came back to hotel, there were very strong smell of air freshener with marijuana smell behind. At least good thing was no smells came into room. Same smell was in the hall way next morning. I thought any Hilton Hotel was basically smoke free facility at least in the USA. Very disappointed no one, not only the hotel person, but none from corporate was willing to help us. However, as I noted before, room itself was clean and nice, bed was really comfortable. So only if I know there won't be any smell like this again, I may stay here. But probably won't with this experience.

Excelente serviço, pedi o ribye no bar e um jack e coque, o concurso de bar foi uma atitude profissional e ótima. Os quartos eram limpos e agradáveis. Para o dinheiro não pode vencê-lo em Atlanta. Sem problemas. Ainda não entendo como o café da manhã continental é uma taxa separada, parece mesquinho.

Wow. What a nasty place. Shoes stick to the floor. Very plain decorated common areas and no bar or restaurant during the day. Hilton missed its mark with this hotel. There are better places to stay. I recommend finding a better place.

Excellent service, ordered the ribye at the bar and a jack and coke, bar tender was professional and great attitude. Rooms were clean and nice. For the money can't beat it in Atlanta. No issues. Still Don't understand how the continental breakfast is a separate charge, seems petty.

Nice employees but some of the guests have marijuana habits that nobody wants to smell and the police weren't ever called. Take action and 3 stars changes to 5. The bar area and fitness areas are nice as well.

Nossa estadia geral foi boa. Eu aprecio a localização porque era muito tranquilo com a conveniência suficiente. O quarto era muito limpo e moderno. No entanto, nos deparamos com algumas dobras. Para começar, a pressão da água era extremamente baixa. Isso tornou o banho muito desconfortável. A cortina do chuveiro estava bem rasgada e precisava ser trocada. A porta do banheiro estava solta e muitas vezes chacoalhava ao abrir/fechar. A porta externa da geladeira saiu da dobradiça quando meu filho a abriu. Além dessas coisas, a equipe foi incrível. Muito acolhedora e agradável. Heather se destacou porque ela era muito doce e não se importou que meu filho pedisse mais biscoitos durante o checkout.

Nuestra estancia en general fue buena. Agradezco la ubicación porque era muy tranquila con la comodidad suficiente. La habitación estaba muy limpia y moderna. Sin embargo, nos encontramos con algunos problemas. Para empezar, la presión del agua era extremadamente baja. Esto hizo que la ducha fuera muy incómoda. La cortina de la ducha estaba bastante rota y necesitaba ser reemplazada. La puerta del baño estaba suelta y a menudo se sacudía al abrirla/cerrarla. La puerta exterior del refrigerador se salió de la bisagra cuando mi hijo la abrió. Aparte de estas cosas, el personal fue bastante sorprendente. Muy complaciente y agradable. Heather se destacó porque era muy dulce y no le importó que mi hijo pidiera más galletas durante el pago.

Our overall stay was good. I appreciate the location because it was very quiet with just enough convenience. The room was very clean and modern. We did however come across a few kinks. For starters, the water pressure was extremely low. This made showering very uncomfortable. The shower curtain was pretty torn and needed to be replaced. The bathroom door was loose and often rattled when opening/closing. The outer refrigerator door came off the hinge when my son opened it. Aside from these things, the staff was pretty amazing. Very accommodating and pleasant. Heather stood out because she was very sweet and didn't mind that my son asked for more cookies during checkout.

Achei a equipe simpática e prestativa. As instalações são modernas e estão em boas condições decorativas. No momento da escrita, não tentei o bar ou restaurante, mas ambos são modernos e limpos. Os preços parecem bons. Nosso quarto dava para o estacionamento, que pode ser um pouco barulhento durante a noite. No entanto, um quarto na parte de trás poderia ser mais barulhento, pois fica ao lado da rodovia! Um hotel muito acolhedor.

Nicely remodeled but the HVAC system is really loud. Booking website says Breakfast included.When you get there they tell you it's a $12 credit but when you check out they say it's only for Hilton Honors Gold & Platinum members.$40 for 2 breakfast buffet of dried out eggs and warm yogurt.Nice new Holiday Inn across the street.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. Facilities are modern and in good decorative order. As of writing I have not tried the bar or restaurant but both are modern and clean. Prices appear good. Our room overlooked the car park which can be a bit noisy during the night. However, a room at the back could be noisier as it is alongside the freeway! A very welcoming hotel.
