This is my second time staying here for a week at a time. Compared to the other double tree closer to the airport this one is only better in room size. The front staff aren’t as helpful and no cookies are ever offered. Breakfast here consists of only a croissant sandwich and/or a parfaits. The restaurant is not open in the morning. This one does have a Starbucks that offers great drinks, but the area isn’t the best. Sometimes you’ll see women doing the walk of shame in the morning. Parking can be very crowded because of the adjoining hotel next door. Housekeeping isn’t available until after 3-4 days of staying there. Pets are not allowed which is one of the reason I stay here, but my last stay I met one individual staying there with her dog with very questionable service dog tags.

This is a very well run, clean and accommodating hotel. I have stayed at many Hilton properties and this is top notch. They have an awesome attentive staff who always go above and beyond to ensure your stay if satisfactory. The amenities were awesome and I highly recommend a stay here! It is also close to everything and I mean everything!

Kind service! Very well kept hotel lobby. Beautiful pool and relaxing smoking area. The bar at the front serves Starbucks as well as drinks. There are concessions near the front desk. there is room service and an airport shuttle. the room I stayed in had HVAC, a coffee machine, a microwave, a refrigerator, an alarm clock with USB outlets, and a large TV with a surprising amount of channels. There was a little bit of scum or mildew in the shower and the room was humid so I ran the fan all night. But other than that it was a good night's stay.

The rating would have been better but the breakfast took longer then it should have for only two people (45 min) with no one else waiting and the coffee was not hot. There was an apology which made us feel a little better but this happened two day straight. The staff was very nice and personable and the room seem to be cleaned well. I would stay here again when in the area and recommend without reserve.

We woke up to ant bites on our a five month old daughter who was sleeping in her pack and play. We also had ants in our bed. There were ants traveling across the floor all over our two bedroom suite. I went downstairs to request a new room and explain the situation. After hearing nothing for two hours I called the front desk to ask them to send someone out to see the problem for themselves. After another hour of not seeing anyone I went down to the front desk to let them know we were going to simply cut our stay short And check out early. We ran into the manager while checking out and I asked him if he knew why we were leaving early. We never asked for a refund for the room because I wanted to see how they would handle the situation. His response was “I’m sorry about that, would you like a printed folio?” I was amazed by his lack of empathy or responsiveness to a pretty traumatic situation (especially for my wife and baby). Just seemed like he didn’t care and this was a normal thing. This place literally left my family and I itching. I of course did not witness their claim myself but I was in the lobby the evening before and overheard two women complaining that there was blood on their sheets when they checked in. They were offered Hilton points for the inconvenience but nothing else.
