Booking experience was terrible... Kept waiting, and was lied to I rang them direct to price match. They said they would at the start of the call, but after keeping me on hold for ages, and referring me to different people, did not. They overcharged me by $20 and forced me to join a membership program I don't want to be a member of. I am very dissatisfied with this process, and this venue, so far. If someone from the hotel wants to give me contact details I will contact them and I should have the rate matched or be upgraded, or offered breakfast or something for this waste of time.

Eu gostaria de poder dar 5 estrelas e é tão perto, mas minha última visita não foi o que eu experimentei anteriormente. Vamos começar com o que não é tão bom, nem ruim, mas não o que eu experimentei antes.Na chegada, pude sentir o cheiro glorioso dos biscoitos Doubletree, que é sempre tão acolhedor! A primeira questão que descobri não era uma linha clara de check-in do Hilton Honors, embora eu tenha sido atendido rapidamente, era apenas algo que estava faltando. A pessoa que me registrou foi amigável o suficiente, mas precisa aprender a desacelerar suas palavras, ele tinha um sotaque forte, era difícil de entender às vezes. Eu também tive que lembrar o membro da equipe de me dar um biscoito (eu amo os biscoitos!). Infelizmente, não estava tão quente quanto o que costumava ser e parecia um pouco velho, mas tinha um gosto bom mesmo assim!Eu cheguei no meu quarto para encontrar um quarto grande e espaçoso com excelentes vistas da Flinders St! o banheiro era bem equipado, no entanto, a limpeza parecia esquecer de fornecer xampu e condicionador, não precisava, mas algo que percebi que estava faltando. Também descobri que não tinha minhas garrafas de água de boas-vindas, que apareceram enquanto eu estava fora. Ainda era uma coisa pequena que poderia ser corrigida rapidamente.Eu comi o hambúrguer de queijo do serviço de quarto e gostei muito, eles até te dão molho de tomate para as batatas fritas, uma coisinha que eu realmente aprecio em qualquer lugar!Eu sempre gosto de ficar aqui e estarei de volta, mas pequenas coisas que são pequenas questões têm que ser mencionadas para permitir que o hotel esteja ciente e retifique para retornar a essa experiência de 5 estrelas.

Ojalá pudiera dar 5 estrellas y está tan cerca, pero mi última visita no fue la que he experimentado anteriormente. Comencemos con lo que no es tan bueno, ni malo, pero no lo que he experimentado antes.Al llegar pude oler el glorioso olor de las galletas Doubletree, que siempre es tan acogedor. El primer problema que encontré fue que no había una línea clara de registro de Hilton Honors, aunque me atendieron rápidamente, era solo algo que faltaba. La persona que me atendió fue lo suficientemente amable, pero necesita aprender a calmar sus palabras, tenía un acento fuerte que a veces era difícil de entender. También tuve que recordarle al miembro del personal que me consiguiera una galleta (¡me encantan las galletas!) Desafortunadamente, esto no estaba tan caliente como solía ser y parecía un poco rancio, ¡pero sabía bien!Llegué a mi habitación y encontré una habitación grande y espaciosa con excelentes vistas de Flinders St. el baño estaba bien equipado, sin embargo, el servicio de limpieza parecía olvidarse de proporcionar champú y acondicionador, no lo necesitaba, pero noté que faltaba algo. También descubrí que no tenía mis botellas de agua de bienvenida que aparecieron mientras estaba fuera. Todavía es una pequeña cosa que podría rectificarse rápidamente.Tuve la hamburguesa con queso del servicio de habitaciones que disfruté muchísimo, incluso te dan salsa de tomate para las patatas fritas, ¡una pequeña cosa que realmente aprecio en cualquier lugar!Siempre disfruto quedarme aquí y volveré, pero las pequeñas cosas que son pequeños problemas deben mencionarse para permitir que el hotel esté al tanto y rectifique para regresar a esa experiencia de 5 estrellas.

I wish I could give 5 stars and it is so close but my latest visit was not what I have experienced previously. Let’s start with the not so good, not bad but not what I have experienced before.On arrival I could smell the glorious smell of Doubletree cookies which is always so welcoming! The first issue I found there was no clear Hilton Honours check-in line, although I got served quickly it was just something that was missing. The person who checked me in was friendly enough but needs to learn to slow his words down, he had a strong accent was hard to understand at times. I also had to remind the staff member to get me a cookie (I love the cookies!) unfortunately this wasn’t as warm as what they used to be and seemed a little stale but tasted good none the less!!I arrived in my room to find a nice big spacious room with great Flinders St views! the bathroom was well appointed however house keeping seemed to forget to provide shampoo and conditioner, didn’t need it but something I noticed that was missing. I also found that I didn’t have my welcome bottles of water which appeared while I was out. It still a small thing that could be rectified quickly.I had the cheese burger from room service which I thoroughly enjoyed, they even give you tomato sauce for the chips, a small thing that I really appreciate anywhere!I always enjoy staying here and will be back but small things that are little issues have to be mentioned to allow the hotel to be aware and rectify to return it to that 5 star experience.

Pretty average. Most guest rooms are quite small. Dessert is the best - it was supposed to be a chocolate moose but came as something much nicer. Dinner service in restaurant was really poor. Welcome at check-in good. I remember the breakfast to be quite good as it has a self juicing bar.
