“It wasn't at all like I pictured or thought it would be, it was a little embarrassing. The pictures were deceiving. Imagine booking what you think is a nice luxurious hotel for a romantic get away (not motel as it turned out to feel like), staff was sweet and polite but seemed to not be organized (prepared), no ice machine (or in the fridge) on the floor and an AC unit unable to be controlled by the thermostat...not romantic at all. The bed and towels were nice though!”

“Beware lots of incidental fees. Arrived and valet was $30 mandatory per night. Then asked for $75 per night for incidentals although that was not explained properly by the front desk who in total tried to charge the $30 per night and additional $150!! If that's policy it needs to be included in booking on the Hilton website and front desk should have been competent enough to explain what she was attempting to charge my credit card and what had already been charged. I am a Hilton Honors member and have been for years so I don't give this review lightly. Its a 3 rating because the room was clean and large.”
