For the amount of money we paid we were surprised by the amount of issues we had. There were no spare rolls of toilet paper in the room when we arrived so we ran out of that quickly. There were only 3 sets of towels when our reservations had 4 people on it and then the shower was broken and didn’t drain properly. We had to call maintenance to come and fix it because it wouldn’t get hot. All of the issues were resolved timely but it was frustrating never the less. The hotel was clean and the breakfast is goodthe front desk staff seemed annoyed they had to be working. The second night we woke up our entire room smelled incredibly smoky and we had no clue where the smell was coming from.

The facility itself is fine -- too expensive for what it is, but that's to be expected given the location. The free breakfast is surprisingly good, which seems more and more unusual in the current hotel landscape. The rooms felt dated, but were at least clean with working A/C. What left a sour taste in my mouth was the $20 per night parking charge, which is the very definition of a fee they charge just because they can. There's nothing to justify the fee -- no indoor garage, no valet, no secured entrance -- it's just a parking lot surrounding the building like you'd find at any roadside motel, but they'll charge you an extra $20 for using it and won't waive the fee even for top-tier loyalty program members. Making me feel nickel-and-dimed is a sure way to discourage me from coming back.

Loved this place! Really beautiful setting and the staff were so helpful, in particular Will and Crystal. The room was spacious and high spec, free parking and there were multiple pools to use. The food was good and we were given 8 free drink vouchers upon checking in.

Esta tem sido a minha visita ao hotel cada vez que visitei Napa desde 2017. A equipe é sempre agradável, prestativa e hospitaleira. A localização é privilegiada, pois fica a uma curta distância de carro do centro de Napa. O bar de omeletes e panquecas feito na hora para o café da manhã é sempre um grande sucesso, assim como o happy hour à noite. As camas são confortáveis e a limpeza faz um ótimo trabalho mantendo os quartos limpos, no entanto, os quartos são um pouco desatualizados e precisam de várias atualizações (removendo carpete, teto de pipoca e papel de parede).

Passamos apenas uma noite lá, mas passamos mais tempo no hotel do que fizemos degustação de vinhos. O happy hour foi matador como sempre e o café da manhã também foi incrível. Bela propriedade com equipe super calorosa e amigável. A piscina estava limpa e quentinha! É cerca de uma milha para o centro de Napa e fizemos a caminhada (nos nossos 40 anos) e nos divertimos muito no centro de Napa e acabamos de Uber em casa. Não posso dizer o suficiente sobre o quanto adoramos. Existem muitas opções mais baratas com vistas melhores, mas você obtém o que paga e nos divertimos muito!

Reserva de última hora, teve sentimentos mistos de comentários. Este lugar foi bom, a equipe foi simpática e prestativa. Quarto era limpo, área da piscina era mantido limpo. Eu usei a banheira de hidromassagem brevemente, mas vi insetos e saí. Lol nada importante como meu marido disse que está fora. Só não faço bugs. Mas fiquei agradavelmente surpreendido com a propriedade. Localização foi ótimo para nós apenas nos arredores de tudo nos levou cerca de 15 minutos de carro para o centro. Frigobar e microondas no quarto é sempre ótimo. Eu absolutamente ficaria novamente e recomendo.

This has been my go to hotel each time I’ve visited Napa since 2017. The staff is always pleasant, helpful and hospitable. The location is prime as it is just a short drive away from downtown Napa. The made to order omelette and pancake bar for breakfast is always a major hit, as well as the evening happy hour. The beds are comfy and housekeeping does a great job keeping the rooms clean, however, the rooms are a bit outdated and need several upgrades (removing carpet, popcorn ceilings and wallpaper).

Last minute reservation, had mixed feelings from reviews. This place was nice, staff was all friendly and helpful. Room was clean, pool area was kept clean. I did use the hot tub briefly but seen bugs and hopped out. Lol nothing major as my husband said it is outside. I just don’t do bugs. But I was pleasantly surprised by the property. Location was great for us just on the outskirts of everything took us about 15 min to drive to Downtown. Fridge and microwave in room is always great. I would absolutely stay again and recommend.

We only spent one night there but we spent more time in the hotel then we actually did wine tasting. The happy hour was killer like always and the breakfast was amazing as well. Beautiful property with super warm and friendly staff. The pool was clean and warm! It's about a mile to downtown Napa and we made the trek (in our 40's) and had a blast in downtown Napa and just Ubered home. Can't say enough about how much we loved it. There are plenty cheaper options with better views but you get what you pay for and we had a blast!

É caro como tudo em Napa, mas gostamos da hora do coquetel e do café da manhã. A área da piscina era calma e refrescante. As senhoras da recepção foram simpáticas e prestáveis. A menos uma estrela é tudo sobre o AC. O quarto era 76 quando chegamos,! Demorou um pouco para chegar a uma temperatura decente, mas nunca foi consistente. À noite eu (e vários outros do nosso grupo de 8) acordei suando em um momento e congelando no outro. Com dias de 90 graus e noites de 50 graus no verão, deveríamos poder confiar em nosso quarto para ser mais confortável e consistente com a temperatura. Caso contrário, ótima estadia!

It is expensive like everything else in Napa, but we enjoyed the cocktail hour and breakfast. The pool area was calm and refreshing. The ladies at the front desk were kind and accommodating. The one less star is all about the AC. The room was 76 when we arrived,! It took awhile for it to get to a decent temp, but it was never consistent. At night I (and several others out of our group of 8) woke up sweating one moment and freezing the next. With 90 degree days and 50 degree nights in the summer, we should have been able to rely on our room to be more comfortable and consistent with the temperature. Otherwise, great stay!

Great, clean hotel - close to Downtown Napa. Unfortunately some rooms face the highway and there is a $ 20 parking fee... for a large parking lot and not even fenced in... besides street parking...
