“It was cold, my husband and I didn't get to go outside, but the staffs are wonderfully excellent. One of the staff, William he took our luggage to our room, his customer service and professionalism are incredibly outstanding. All the staffs were friendly. I went to the bar, and the staffs over there were friendly and amazing. I will give this hotel a 10-star period.”

“I love it here. Got a room on the gold level floor and the lounge is very nice. My room has a superb view, the staff are very friendly, and the food downstairs is also really quite good. The towels are really nice and big and the bathroom is a very grand and exciting experience. So are the beds. Unfortunately, as with many hotels, the pillows are a little flat. Not sure why, but I think having some of the flat variety and then some a little bit higher might provide good pillow diversity and allow for more quality rest. Otherwise 10/10 would reccomend!”
