Decent hotel with very warm hospitality of staff here. Although not all staff can speak English, they all have all the mentality to service you. Good selection of breakfast and made to order eggs. Cheese bread is the must try although not too good for people on diet. Offer a good variety of local fruits. Every Saturday there is a Feshuada, a local delicacies — black bean soup slow cooked with various pig’s parts. Small bar for good local beer.

Before this stay, this place was fabulous. Unfortunately, during this stay, I am paying for the most expensive room they have (over $400/night) and just found out they want to charge me for a freaking coffee pod. The "Kitchen Manager" said she only allows for one free pod a day...unbelievable. I can't have 2 cups of coffee in the morning without charge in their most expensive suite. I have 4 more trips planned here and will now be finding a new place to stay. This is not a way to treat loyalty customers.

Excellent experience! Much exceeded my expectations. Perfect location with easy access to all points in the city. Great welcome, the receptionist spent several minutes making sure I had all the information about the hotel and city. Clean room with very comfortable bed, lightning fast wifi, quick AC, and high-pressure shower. Turndown service was very quick and efficient. Very spacious with warm decor and open lobby. Coffee available at the entrance, live music in the bar and restaurant. Nice spread for breakfast. Perfect caiprinha from the bar.

It's a really good hotel. At the reception I was treated very well, the staff is very friendly. Before booking a room there, I had seen the photos of the room and the facilities. Well, the swimming pool, the gym, the bar, the lobby were very nice and cozy. Great breakfast, there were so many option that I couldn't make up my mind on what to eat. About the room itself, well I must say that I expected more. I mean, it was not as big as I thought. And also the tv was too old. The bed was really comfortable though. The bathroom was good. I'd stay there again if the price was reduced a little bit.

Stayed here for two weeks on a business trip in one of the refurbished rooms and was very pleased. Service was awesome, rooms were great (even had lots of power options for foreign travellers) and the AC worked well. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Curitiba.
