“We had the best honeymoon we could ever ask for here! All the many restaurants and the late night cafe never made you feel bored. The room we had was two rooms connected by a door (we brought the kiddo and my best friend along to help) but privacy was not a problem. The rooftop hot tub was a great amenity we sadly did not get to use because of all the flies and stuff. We had to ask for it to be cleaned. We loved the night club and the foggy heated pools inside. Lovely game room and so much to do! We will certainly go back.”

“Stayed here for a week on the Heaven side and overall we had a great experience. Staff was always asking if you needed a drink or anything else. The swim up bar pool was usually full, we went to the pool on the side of it which was a much quieter crowd and more relaxing. We did not enjoy how many areas they had for members only. If we would of known this prior to booking we would have booked to include this. Food was overall all good, our favorite was the hibachi at Zen. We booked a tour through one of their tours desk and everything went smooth and we had a great time! Every resort I have been too has positives and negatives and this one was definitely on the positive side. The staff makes this place what it is and they are lucky to have the hard working and caring employees they have!”
