“Muy mala experiencia en nuestro viaje de fin de año, había chinches (bedbugs) en la habitación y no se hicieron responsables del hecho. En una fecha súper concurrida, buscar otro hotel en la noche fue súper complicado. Al darnos cuenta de la plaga que corría por las paredes reportamos el hecho con el encargado en turno, fue a nuestra habitación, vió las chinches, estuvo de acuerdo en que había y al otro día al reportarlo con Hotels.com con quienes hicimos la reserva, negaron todos los hechos y no nos reembolsaron la noche ni la indemnización solicitada.Pésimo.”
