“Lo principal del hotel es la ubicación, en plena calle de Las Ramblas. Además, el trato en recepción fue muy bueno. Otra cosa a destacar es el desayuno: diferentes tipos de panes y bollería para tostar junto con diferentes embutidos y quesos para ponerles que están buenos, frutas frescas, zumo de naranja natural, cafés y bebidas para los peques, varios tipos de cereales... Mucha variedad. Estos aspectos muy bien. Por otro lado, y no tan bien, están las habitaciones. Mucha humedad en ellas (me tocó una mirando a un patio interior y no se si será eso), no tiene una luz grande que la ilumine bien y además se escucha todo de las habitaciones que tiene a los lados (incluso del pasillo). Tiene un minibar que tienes que pagar incluso por que enfríe (la mayoría de los sitios donde me quede tiene minibar activo que si coges algún producto te lo cobran pero al estar encendido puedes meter aunque sea una botella de agua para tenerla fresquita). *He de destacar que si está muy limpia y en la cama no se duerme mal.* También, el ascensor se nota muy antiguo y tarda muchísimo tanto en bajar como en subir.En general muy bien el trato de las dos chicas que nos atendieron al llegar, el desayuno y la localización. A mejorar algunos aspectos de las habitaciones.”

“Pls save your nerves and time - don`t come here So, starting with - receptionist didn`t speak any English, after 10 min of trying to explain her what I need - she decided to use google translate. The room was super old and it was really small room even despite were were choosing 17 m room - this was smaller, bathroom looked aged, AC wasn`t cooling - when I complained on it - I was shown a room with nasty smell and mold in the bathroom and second one - one couple bed despite it was our prtiority to have twin room as room was shared with a work colleague. Btw, on the third pic below its a twin room. Room has no space to move the beds from each other - so cuddling a colleague during the sleep will be the unwanted reality there. Hotel didn`t want for a long time to proceed with cancelling the room (we started cancellation via booking) and were saying - if you don`t like - you can leave in silence, but in that case they would charge us the full amount according to the booking.com policy. After I insisted on the cancellation and with my colleague we were on the line with booking - receptionist asked me to leave the hotel as I was not the guest anymore. But technically we were not cancelled then yet and technically I was still a guest. So rude. If you don`t want the worst business trip or vacation ever possible - just don`t come here.”
