“Credit card abuse.Watch out.Booked a 4 night stay and put my credit card down for incidentals.Since I checked out I have had several hundred £s charged to my card without any sort of invoice provided.Having to chase the hotel for a week to sort this out.They don't seem to be terribly concerned and are slow in resolving this.At this point I am having to report this credit card abuse to American Express.”

“recently spent a wonderful 8 nights here at the nobu. great location and the facilities are top notch. i was especially a fan of the spa, perfect for a pre-bedtime sauna. the staff was attentive and Sebastian in particular made us feel very welcome and right at home. finally, the breakfast is not to be missed. easily one of the best continental breakfasts we’ve had. can’t wait to visit again!”
