“I really don't want to leave a bad review.
I knew that hotel is now new, and I wasn't expecting modern luxury amenities.
But.... we stayed on the first floor in building #6. In the bathroom water started dripping from the ceiling. I called reception desk twice, I just asked for extra towels and maybe if they can do something to stop the water. Help didn't arrive. I asked the manager to send a service and for extra towels, so I could put towels on the floor. But unfortunately my three time requests were ignored.
Old hotel. Small rooms. Lots of mosquitoes in the room.
Food was good. There is not a big selection, but it's enough.
Buffet service is great. Everyone is very friendly. I love it about Dominican people 🤎🤎

“The resort stay was really nice and the beach was incredible, but near the end of our stay our family started having diarrhea and fevers. The cause is unknown but we assume it was some sort of food poisoning. We asked another couple in the resort, and they said that they also had diarrhea. Be sure to bring some relieving medications just in case.”
