“Very nice hotel. The staff has been immensely professional and helpful. We normally stay in Copacabana, so this hotel is a little out of our way, but I will happily stay here again and uber to Copacabana because the staff here and the rooms are well worth it.
Also: Karla, who works behind the bar, was really helpful when we needed a black ink pen, to fill out some government forms. She went to the neighboring hotel to ask for one. You are fortunate to have her as an employee.”
