Hotel muito bom, localizado no Centro Histórico, próximo a Catedral metropolitana. Cama super espaçosa e confortável, com bom chuveiro e cafeteira no quarto! Minha hospedagem estava incluso o café da manhã que vale a pena! Cerca de 9 tipos de sucos de fruta, frutas variadas, pães, frios, bolos, entre outros. Equipe da recepção muito atenciosa!

Muito bem localizado no Centro Histórico. Bom serviço de quarto e uma boa adega. O Wifi poderia ser mais rápido, mas dá para navegar numa boa. Foram muito amigáveis 🤗. A minha única ressalva é para o chuveiro na banheira, que é muito apertado para quem é alto ou Grande.

The first day was amazing, i got offered the best help and care possible by Ek, who is really a professional in terms of hospitality! However, after spending a couple of days here I noticed the roomservice can be really hard to reach sometimes and the bar downstairs has very limited access, it's just there for the view lol. I've been trying to get some tea for like 2 hours now and when i call the front office, they say call the restaurant, but then they don't answer... bit of a bummer. The rest is ok though, love the location and the shower is really nice. Also the housekeeping is really friendly but i expect more from a NH collection, the regular NH in Cancún was much more organized in terms of service.

Great value for a buck! Staff is very helpful and professional. Rooms are clean and good sized. LOCATION!!! I strongly recommend to get breakfast included in your reservation since they have a nice set up upstairs, various options for food and drinks (including freshly squeezed juices and mimosas 😉).

Overall a really great value for your money. The rooms, though on the smaller side, had everything you need. Shower had amazing water pressure, room was kept very clean and in good condition. The lobby staff is very friendly and someone was always present at all hours. There is a lobby bar, room service available, and even an internal connection to the local Starbucks. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a moderately priced place to stay in Centro Histórico.

El hotel tiene una ubicación increíble lo que permite una fácil movilización a todos los lugares de interés del centro histórico, las instalaciones son comodas y siempre se encuentran limpias pero lo mejor del hotel es su personal, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Como recomendación visitar el bar o el restaurante del hotel ya que quienes atienden te hacen sentir como en casa en especial Jorge quien se encuentra en el bar

El servicio del lugar en general es excelente, desde que entré hasta que salí del hotel fueron muy amables y atentos conmigo. El servicio del buffet es muy bueno y la comida deliciosa. La persona que nos dió la visita guiada fue muy amable y claro durante todo el recorrido y nos proporciono la información necesaria del hotel. Respecto al hotel, me pareció que las habitaciones eran bastante amplías y cómodas, así cómo también noté que se preocupan por sus huéspedes, lo cuál, es bueno, ya que están dispuestos a mejorar tomando en cuenta las opiniones o recomendaciones de sus clientes.

El servicio de buffet es muy bueno, las personas que lo atienden están muy al pendiente en lo que se necesita. La persona que atiende las visitas guiadas es muy paciente y hace que las visitas sean interesantes con un conocimiento del hotel bastante amplio. En general, el ambiente es muy accesible y siempre preguntan en qué pueden mejorar.

Will not recommend. Food was horrible we ended up getting sick. Customer service in general was poor. Rooms didn’t have heating only air conditioning. No Kleenex, we used toilet paper to serve the purpose. I was not expecting such a low quality breakfast. Breads were old and cold. Their food warners were probably bad. Everything was cold, beans vegetables even coffee we had to fight a battle to get hot coffee every morning. Honestly all this discomfort sort of added bad flavor to our trip. I suggest to please stick to renowned hotel chains when traveling to any of these countries.

Lugar agradable y bien ubicado! Las habitaciones me parecieron un poco pequeñas aunque confortables. En la habitación habría que mejorar temas de agua caliente ya que en el lavabo nunca salió y en la regadera si tomó unos minutos para que finalmente saliera, las toallas ya están desgastadas (algunas ya estaban rotas 😵) algo que deben revisar. El desayuno incluido es una increíble opción, bastante completo y el servicio es bastante bueno 👌🏼.

Unpleasant stay at this hotel. Staffs are very reluctant to clean up your room even being reminded many times during the day. Location is at the center but this is also the disadvantage for taking a taxi in and out to the tourists places. Too much traffics, and taxi driver may drop you down 10mins away ( by car). The good rating I have to vote to the staffs at the restaurant, be fare.

I love NH Hotels, first stay was in Spain and had to stay here in Mexico. The room quality is awesome, great amenities, style and decor is better quality than Marriott! Enjoyed the breakfast and quality service! Will highly recommend this hotel. The location is great, thought it would be loud but the hotel has thick windows, centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants.

Stayed here for two weeks (most of which we had to isolate) and really enjoyed our time. The staff were very kind and accommodating to all our requests. Food from the restaurant is delicious. And the rooms were very clean and modern. Would gladly stay again if we come back to the area.
