This is a new hotel, the level of cleanliness is quite high. The breakfast is OK. Staff are friendly. My favourite thing about this hotel is how central it is located.

Cipriani Diretor agora entendo perfeitamente de onde vem a nota 0. Tive uma experiência negativa. Eu não mencionei a história do documento e ele só tinha que me agradecer por isso. Então, segundo ele, você aceitou a entrada ilegal de uma garota em um hotel. Bom trabalho! Acho um pouco infantil falar que meu hotel não tem absolutamente nada a ver com meu comentário. E então acho que ela não percebe o que escreve, em suas palavras "a" recusa em deixar a filha usar "o banheiro de um hotel não comento: tenho certeza de que durante suas viagens ela sempre terá a oportunidade de usar uma casa de banho privada recentemente higienizada." Então, com um quarto de hotel com banheiro privativo higienizado, tenho que me contentar com o banheiro do corredor porque estou viajando! Um pensamento bastante pitoresco. Excelente hotel a poucos passos da estação de trem de Parma, a equipe muito gentil e muito profissional, o quarto muito limpo, higienizado e espaçoso. Infelizmente não pude usar o serviço de café da manhã porque saí muito cedo. Certamente, se eu voltar a Parma, voltarei.

Bom Hotel. O Quarto tem um ótimo tamanho e com espaço suficiente para tudo. O café da manhã oferece uma boa seleção com sucos, café / chá, opções salgadas e doces, como ovos mexidos, presunto / queijo, doces, frutas,… O hotel está localizado diretamente na estação de trem, mas meu quarto ainda era muito silencioso.

Estadia simplesmente impecável, desde a recepção na entrada para continuar com uma recepção no quarto com bolos e brioches. Quarto duplo com grande terraço com vistas deslumbrantes de Parma. Café da manhã em total conformidade com normas cobiçadas com uma ampla escolha de doces e salgados. Experiência a ser repetida.

Nice Hotel. The Room has a great size and with enough space for everything. The breakfast offers a nice selection with juices, coffee/tee, savoury and sweet options such as scrambled eggs, ham/cheese, pastries, fruit,… The hotel is located directly at the train station but my room was still very quiet.

Kudos to the staff at the reception for letting us park our SUV in front of the hotel all night long, as it wouldn't fit the garage door due to the extra height from the roof luggage box. This kind of hospitality is highly appreciated as they got us out of the difficult position when no parking place was available in a 2-3 kms radius.

I don't understand the positive feedback. By looking at the comments and the photos we have booked the hotel for 2 nights. Reception was good, to be honest the most positive thing about the hotel. Parking at the hotel was not recommended by staff which is weird to begin with but as the station parking was just around the corner which also got cctv we were fine with it. The corridor was dark and worn. The room was quite spacious, but the interior also used and cleaning seems like not priority. Desk was dirty, one of the glasses at the minibar was dirty and gross. The bathroom was cleaned at the very surface but it seems like no deep cleaning happened for a very long time. The bathtub had black mold and covered in limescale...absolutely a no no for a 4 stars hotel. If we would not have to pay cancellation fee I would have cancelled even before our first night there. Would never return and can't recommend it. Please consider wisely before booking this hotel. Update: To be fair with the hotel, the following morning we provided feedback on the moldy bathroom (including pictures) and were promptly upgraded. The bathroom in the new room was not moldy, but still limescale all over the place and cleaning was done on the most obvious spots only. The complementary breakfast was good. The croissants were lovely. But there was not sufficient staff to cater for the many people waiting to be seated or at the coffee machine which ran out of water. Bottomline...still not worth a 4 stars hotel for me. If you are lucky enough to get a room with clean bathroom happy for you!

very decent hotel overall. staff is very friendly and helpful, great central location, garage just beneath, good breakfast (scrambled egg was done very well).negative: floor in our room didnt get cleaned once. secondly, and that annoyed me quite a bit: the sink is a total design flop...wth...the tap is so low that u cannot wash ur hands properly without touching the sink...^^ i hope the other rooms have smth more proper in place ^^otherwise all good, thx and greetings.

La habitación es cómoda y espaciosa. El hotel es moderno y todo muy limpio. El desayuno es completo y de buena calidad. Tiene estacionamiento con acceso desde el hotel. Se puede ir caminando al centro. Aunque está muy cerca de la estación del tren y buses, la zona es tranquila.

Me gusto mucho. Esta bien ubicado, cerca de la terminal de trenes y del centro. Hay varios supermercados cerca. Las habitaciones son muy agradables y cómodas. Además tiene un estilo moderno que lo hace muy vistoso. Tiene servicio de pesaje de equipaje y la recepcionista es muy amable, servicial y hala español.

Un hotel bastante recomendado a sólo 10min caminando al centro de parma.. Esta justo al lado de la estación de trenes... Un hotel renovado con habitaciones cómodas y amplias, la limpieza es bastante buena, tiene restaurante pero solo para desayunos y cenas, pero alrededor muy cerca podrás conseguir una gran variedad de comida local y extranjera. Muy recomendable...Las habitaciones tienen una Terraza muy agradable
