Hotel limpio con buenas instalaciones y buena ubicación pero no pudimos descansar bien porque la nevera hacía ruido y además se escuchaba muchisimo ruido de la calle. El agua del minibar muy cara, una botella pequeña 4€.

La atención un 10...tanto en recepción,como en restaurante...un detalle, para mi muy importante,llegamos antes de la hora y la persona de recepción una chica súper agradable, en un principio dijo que no nos podía dar habitación porque estaba lleno, pero empezó a mirar por si había alguna ya vacía y limpia y la encontró,en el desayuno, el camarero, o persona responsable,que te recibe, encantador. Las habitaciones considero que para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas son bastante normales, pero en general bien

Tiene una excelente ubicación si lo que buscas es estar a dos caminos entre la Ciudad de Las Artes y de las Ciencias y el pabellón de San Luis o L' Alquería del Basket. El aparcamiento, el acceso y salida es tremendamente complicado, sobre todo si tienes un coche grande. Dispone de plazas para coches eléctricos. Por ello te recomiendo que para aparcar, sin coste, te vayas a la zona de L'Alqueria. El hotel en sí es un poco antiguo, al igual que las habitaciones,pero está equipado con lo normal para las estrellas que tiene. Las camas cómodas y las habitaciones con mobiliario y espacio habitable adecuado

Correcto. Valorando precio… ducha con muy poca presión de agua y de repente agua caliente no salía y luego llegaba. La limpieza Mejorable. En recepción personal mucho, pero se enteraban de poco. Podían habernos trasladado algo de info turística. Jesús de Recep en cambio muy majo

Hotel de calidad NH. Las habitaciones amplias, limpias y con buen mobiliario, no me gustó que tenían los armarios en el baño. Tampoco me gustó y por eso no le doy las 5 estrellas que eran bastante ruidosas y no estaban bien aisladas de la calle. El servicio excelente, no puedo decir nada malo, al revés, reseñable positivamente. La ubicación depende, si vas a la zona de los museos es genial, estás a un paso, si vas al centro histórico tienes una tirada andando o en taxi (unos 7 euros). El desayuno es simplemente Excelente, hay de todo, muy fresco, muy bien elaborado y casero. Relación calidad/precio muy buena.

Excelente ubicación frente a la Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias, cerca del mar y a pocos minutos del centro de Valencia, muy amable y profesiona su personal, no hay problema para que te lleven lo que pidas de un restaurante a tu cuarto, desayuno muy bueno. Mi habitación tenía una pequeña terraza con una mesa que me gustó mucho, si voy de nuevo a Valencia llegaré allí

We had a superior room which was to the eye no different then a regular room. Beds and cushions are good. There is complimentary water, coffee and thee in the room. Staff is amazingly friendly and quick to fix a problem. For me personally I wouldn't book again because I would want to stay more in the north of the city.

Very good location next to park and hemosferic, oceanigrafic and theatre. Not far from city centre as well. Bus stop is around the corner. Public bike hire station is around the corner as well. If you arrive by car - you have to pay about 20euro for car park. We chose to park it on the street for free about 5min away

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to! My first day here and no electricity. I parked my car underground and there was no stairs to climb nor elevator due to lack of electricity. I spent 20 minutes looking for en exit. No one said even sorry! Then my dog had to climb the 11th floor… definitely don’t recommend.

Descuidado O quarto é pequeno e escuro. Tinha uma cadeira na bancada, mais uma mesa redonda e uma poltrona.Piso bastante riscado. As poltronas de tecido muito encardidas. No corredor tinha carpet e um cheiro muito ruim de mofo. Cama confortável, banheiro com banheira ok.

O hotel é moderno e limpo. A localização não é boa para ter acesso a todos os pontos turísticos, apenas ao aquário e a praça de artes e ciências.O atendimento na recepção e café da manhã são bons, mas o hotel não faz qualquer questão de ser caloroso. Na minha lua de mel na Espanha foi o único hotel que ignorou completamente esse fato (que enviamos para todas as reservas).O wi-fi do hotel é muito ruim, e o ar condicionado não tem como ser regulado pelo quarto, o que fez abrir as janelas ser a forma mais refrescante de passar a noite.

Muy bien todo !!! Excelente relación calidad- precio. Cerca del oceanografic, ciudad de las ciencias ,centro comercial (fuimos andando).con parada de bus en la puerta para ir al centro. Muy recomendable !!! Volvería sin dudas.

Muy céntrico.Si quieres pasear por la ciudad de las ciencias y las artes. O simplemente ver una ópera y no ir conduciendo hasta tu casa después de unas buenas copas de vino. Te recomiendo 100% este hotel.

Muy buena estancia. Los NH son un seguro. Fuimos para dos noches, nos acomodaron una cama supletoria. La habitación amplia y el baño también. Con bañera (eso si) y buenos commodities. Recomendable y al lado de la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias.

Hola. Pasamos una noche en este hotel porque queríamos ver oceanografíc y ver cómo era el hotely quedarnos hasta el domingo, es decir hoy. Pues hicimos bien en probar con un día, soy alérgica a los animales y no pude dormir en toda la noche ahogandome, pues en esa habitación habían habido animales y no limpiaron en profundidad. Así que nos tuvimos que ir de este hotel. Estuve utilizando ventolin toda la noche. Lo pasé fatal.

Bien ubicado, he venido con mi familia, la atención en la recepción durante el check ha sido amigable y cordial, las habitación las han puesto una frente a la otra, lo cual es conveniente y que estamos cerca en familia, recomiendo este hotel, tiene muchas opciones cerca para visitar y se puede llegar caminando. I absolutely loved this hotel; great location and nice, spacious rooms. Check-in was quick and simple and the hotel is in pristine condition. I am not giving it 5-starts because we did have an issue with the a/c not working properly and it got really hot at night when we couldn't change the temperature in the room. Other than that, it is an excellent hotel with excellent views of the city of Valencia. Definitely recommended.

Acogedor hotel para viajar con la mascota, hubo un pequeño inconveniente, al principio de realizar la reserva no comunicaron las normas que tienen para las mascotas, me alegra que pudieron solventarlo de manera rápida pero no soluciona los planes ya planificados sin conocer estas normas; habitación increíblemente limpia y con un personal muy agradable sonriente dispuestos a brindar un buen servicio. Agradecemos a NH su hospitalidad. Sin duda mi mascota y nosotros lo pasamos genial en la habitación.

This hotel is supposed to have an indoor pool, which was the only reason why we booked here. They don't tell you have to book a time slot for the pool. So we came and left without seeing it because it was fully booked thought out our stay. The reception area a bit small.it got very crowded at one point. The room was ok..cosy bed. There is an observation balcony which was nice with good views.

Habitación muy limpia, ubicación perfecta, el personal muy amable! Lo negativo, la falta de información previa con respecto a las mascotas y desde luego los criterios al respecto. El buen estar de un animal no depende del peso y poca facilidad da para poder visitar una ciudad el no poder dejar al animal en la habitación solo. Como dueña de mascota se donde si y donde no puedo ir con mi perro según su comportamiento, no me había pasado esto en otros hoteles. Aún así agradecer el trato y las buenas formas de la persona que nos explico las normas. Lo recomiendo pero no para ir con mascota

Pros: clean room, good sound proofing, hot shower, good location. Our room was on a high floor facing away from the road and the floor had an outdoor terrace.Cons: small room, towels were thread bare and very cheap quality, Aircon wasn't working properly the first day, you have to book the pool in advance and you can only use it for 45 mins (this is not mentioned on their site), reception staff are not rude but also not very welcoming.Rooms are expensive for what you get.You have to pay substantially more if you want breakfast and parking, so we chose to get breakfast at a nearby cafe and parked in a nearby street for free

The hotel is located in a good area with plenty of free parking close by. Don't bother parking in the hotel. Firstly, it is far too expensive and secondly, the car park so narrow that it's uncomfortable driving through it. The hotels rooms are nice and clean, quiet and good amenities. It is also a dog friendly hotel (with a fee). The shower really needs to be looked at though. Not only could you never get the right temperature (either lukewarm water or a burning hell pit) and the shower head would only face the sides of the shower, not the centre. Really fast and efficient check in and out service.

Nice and clean rooms, Hotel located next to Ciutat De Les Artes I des les Ciencies. Friendly staff throughout our stay. Breakfast buffet was disappointing, as the food selection was quite small. Maybe a result of the Corona measures. Also the next metro station is located at least 15min away from the Hotel which is not that convinient for leisure activites.

Satiated for one night on August 6th 2021.Room was ok. Clean and enough space.Team was Very helpful when we complained that our room had a strong cigarette smell. They immediately swapped our room to a cleaner one.However the low rating is because the air conditioner in all 3 of the rooms we had was not functioning. Why is it so hard to have the AC in good condition.Will not come back

Walls are so paper thin you can hear your neighbors as if they are in your room. Reception was unprofessional and unwelcoming when checking in. Checking out was even worse. No one asked me how my stay was or even good morning. Definitely would not recommend this hotel.

Excellent experience overall. Really kind and helpful staff allowed us to get our trip off to a great start. The rooms were nice and the amenities available at the hotel made it enjoyable to relax there when we needed a break. Definitely would stay there again if we come back through Valencia.

Decent mid range hotel. Not quite as good as the NH Collection range which ensures all comforts for the modern traveller. Beds are basic (Very hard) with wafer thin pillows. Does not always equate to a good night's sleep.
