“Stayed in Novotel at Birmingham airport on Tues 3 Jan-
I arrived late so restaurant was closed & bar about to close. Very friendly greeting from reception when checking in.
The guy working at the bar also very friendly & served me with a smile even though he was about to finish his shift & I was the last person at the bar.
Room clean & very comfortable.
Overall very satisfied with my stay & would recommend highly to others who needed somewhere near airport when travelling late at night.”

“One night stop before a very early flight. Mostly very clean rooms but it did have a long dark hair in the bath that was not one of ours and one of the towels was a bit stained so we didn't use it. Lobby and restaurant lookedlovely. Good choice for a quick stop over”
