Staff were AWESOME! They really were very welcoming that it made my family and I feel well at home and our stay a breeze. The rooms are not modern but have a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Housekeeping were in everyday and even they were awesome with their smiles and kind personalities. Location is perfect. Located on a road where it’s not busy, and the two main roads it’s connected too are great for tourists. Waikiki beach is literally 5 or less minute walk with restaurants and places to eat near by. The atmosphere in the lobby has to be my highlight !! They had the whole Hawaii vibe going on and honestly I would recommend it. I’d come back here.

Centrally located. A couple of blocks from the beach. Restaurants and coffee shop with breakfast on-site. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little dated in some ways and updated in certain areas. The rooms were roomy. I will definitely stay again.

Not too bad. The outlets were all a little finicky in the rooms so had to push the bed against phone charges to make sure my stuff got charged overnight. The shower is a little tight but bearable for the price. Mini fridge in room was super appreciated to keep our food and drinks cold! Keep in mind AC on the island is rare so the vent in each rooms labeled lo-medium-high are quite a luxury. At night of course it cools down so it’s not too bad but if you’re someone who needs it to be in the 60s you might not want to stay here. The staff was also super friendly and helpful, from the front desk, to downstairs bellman.

While the hotel is a bit dated, the property was very family-friendly and the location was super convenient. We were greeted warmly upon arrival at the hotel by concierge and front desk staff. Check-in was quick and friendly. Our 1 bedroom partial ocean view suite was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The balcony gave us fantastic views of the ocean, the mountains and Waikiki! We also stayed in a 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms suite, which was comfortable but not quite as great and somewhat misleading. It was basically two single queen bedrooms connected by a small enclosed hallway with the kitchenette and dining table completely situated in one of the bedrooms. If you like value space and plan to use the kitchenette often like we did, this suite is not recommended. The pool was undergoing maintenance during our stay so we made use of the rooftop pool and hot tub at their sister property, Waikiki Beachcomber by Outrigger, which was close by and really nice. Just a bit of a hassle carrying swim bags, beach towels and gigantic tubes. There is a self-service coin laundromat located at street level, which was super convenient. The hotel is also surrounded by plenty of shopping (right next door to The International Marketplace) and dining options, and situated only a block away from Waikiki Beach. Housekeeping was very friendly whenever we passed by in the halls, and the front desk staff were always so helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The staff and location is what makes this place great! This is not a 5 star hotel but has a much more local feel. The breakfast cafe in the lobby is just the right mix of local flavor and atmosphere and food. We miss it already! The staff is outstanding from the front desk at check in to room service. I forgot a whole drawer of clothes and they boxed it up for me and sent it back to the mainland. The rooms are older and the beds are really double beds that really won’t sleep two adults so take note. They were more then accommodating with a role away but after traveling to Hawaii, probably don’t want to sleep on that. The pool was closed but that gave us access to the other property pools that were right on the beach! Can’t complain about that for sure! Rooms need a remodel as showers are smaller and older but worked just fine. Overall I’d stay there again for sure just because of staff, the cafe, and the location!

Ótimo hotel e excelente localização. O hotel fica perto da praia e do centro. A vista da varanda é boa; podemos ver parte do oceano do nosso quarto. A equipe foi muito simpática. Eles sabem que gostamos de chá, então nos deixaram saquinhos de chá extras no quarto. Como a maioria dos hotéis agora, pagamos pelo estacionamento.

The location is fantastic… that’s about it. Air con couldn’t be controlled well, room was ice cold if it was on or you had to turn it off. Bathroom was dirty, weird smell in the kitchenette. The balcony wasn’t worth the extra cost of a balcony room, it was barely big enough to stand on. Surprise extra resort charge at the end, on top of a charge for parking and a number of other small charges, with no explanation as to what they were and why they weren’t in the room price.

Great hotel and excellent location. The hotel is close to the beach and downtown. The view from the balcony is good; we can see part of the ocean from our room. The staff was very friendly. They know we like tea, so they left us extra tea bags in the room. As most of the hotels now, we paid for parking.

A nossa estadia aqui foi de alto nível. Uma localização tão perfeita para a praia, a menos de 5 minutos a pé. A equipe foi amigável, eles fornecem toalhas de praia quantas você precisa, e os quartos eram limpos e confortáveis. Our stay here was top notch. Such a perfect location to the beach, less than a 5 minute walk. Staff was friendly, they provide beach towels as many as you need, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Shower is small so be aware, and don’t leave your balcony doors open while you’re out, birds do fly by/in the room sometimes. You’re close to all the best spots in Waikiki and the parking is pretty easy. I’d highly recommend staying here!

Eu absolutamente amo este hotel. Minha experiência foi incrível desde o momento em que fiz o check-in. Marilou, a mulher que cuida da recepção, foi extremamente atenciosa, a localização do hotel literalmente não poderia ser melhor e eles oferecem quartos de cortesia para guardar sua bagagem e tomar banho depois da praia se você tiver um voo atrasado! Eu quase reservei um quarto de uso diário por US $ 100 + apenas para tomar banho antes do meu voo. Esta vantagem é imbatível. Este hotel merece nada menos que 5 estrelas, na minha opinião. Obrigado por uma estadia maravilhosa na minha primeira viagem ao Havaí! Eu voltarei ! :)

Ok, então todos no hotel foram ótimos e amigáveis e o próprio hotel era muito limpo. Agora, para algumas das minhas reclamações… as janelas dos quartos pareciam estar faltando seus selos ou precisando de substituições. Por causa dos selos não serem substituídos, ouvimos caminhões barulhentos, pessoas do lado de fora gritando, ambulâncias e meu favorito e a razão pela qual estou escrevendo este post, construção. Estou sentado aqui escrevendo isso às 6 da manhã porque não consigo dormir com todos os bipes vindos dos caminhões de construção na rua abaixo. Minha próxima reclamação teria que ser a temperatura da água no chuveiro, sempre que quiséssemos tomar banho, você teria que deixá-lo funcionar por pelo menos dez a quinze minutos para chegar a uma temperatura mínima. Por último, algo a considerar antes de se hospedar neste hotel são todas as pequenas taxas extras. Você pagou por tudo, então eles cobram $ 25 de taxas de resort todos os dias, mas eu nem tenho certeza do que você está realmente ganhando com isso quando já estamos pagando centenas para ficar aqui. Então, se você quiser estacionar um carro, custa US $ 35 por dia para os hóspedes e US $ 50 para todos os outros. Acho que não estou entendendo por que não há uma taxa melhor se já estamos pagando essa outra taxa. Tivemos um tempo maravilhoso aqui no Havaí, mas precisávamos passar a maior parte do nosso tempo na costa norte, longe das multidões e adoramos ainda mais. I absolutely love this hotel. My experience has been nothing but amazing from the moment I checked in. Marilou, the woman who tends the front desk, was extremely accommodating, the hotel’s location literally couldn’t be any better, and they offer complimentary rooms to hold your luggage and shower after the beach if you have a late flight ! I almost booked a day use room for $100+ just to shower before my flight. This perk is unbeatable. This hotel deserves no less than 5 stars, in my opinion. Thank you for a wonderful stay on my first trip to Hawaii ! I will be coming back ! :)

Okay so everyone at the hotel was great and friendly and the hotel itself was very clean. Now for some of my complaints… the windows to the rooms appeared to be missing their seals or in need of replacements. Because of the seals not being replaced we heard loud trucks, people outside yelling, ambulances and my favorite and the reason I am writing this post, construction. I’m sitting here writing this at 6 am because I can’t sleep with all of the beeping noises coming from the construction trucks down on the street below. My next complaint would have to be the water temperature in the shower, whenever we did want to shower you’d have to let it run for at least ten to fifteen minutes to get it to a bare able temperature. Lastly, something to consider before staying at this hotel is all the extra little fees. You have paid for everything, then they hit you with $25 resort fees every day, but I’m not even sure what you are actually getting out of that when we are already paying hundreds to stay here. Then if you want to park a car it’s $35 a day for guests and $50 for everyone else. I guess I’m not understanding why there isn’t a better rate if we’re already paying that other fee. We had an awesome time here in Hawaii but needed up spending the majority of our time in the north shore away from the crowds and loved it even more. This hotel otherwise was not bad to stay at and it definitely got the job done for the little bit of time we spent in the room. Again not a bad hotel but you ought to know these things before you choose to stay here.

Este lugar é ótimo, desejo poderia dar-lhe mais de cinco estrelas. Nós ficamos em um dois quartos com uma grande sala de estar. Tinha uma quitinete realmente pequena, mas era suficiente para as nossas necessidades. A equipe e o atendimento ao cliente em geral são incríveis. Fizemos o check-out pela manhã, mas nosso vôo estava atrasado naquela noite. Eles nos deram acesso a uma sala de hospitalidade para limparmos antes de partirmos para o aeroporto e cuidaram muito bem de nossa bagagem, incluindo os itens frágeis, até a hora de partir. This place is great, wish could give it more than five stars.We stayed in a two bedroom with a large living room. It had a really small kitchenette, but it was plenty for our needs. The staff and overall customer service is amazing. We checked out in the morning but our flight was late that night. They gave us access to a hospitality room to clean up before leaving for the airport, and they took great care of our luggage, including the fragile items, until it was time to leave. And they were more than helpful letting us get to our bags numerous times to get things. If I’m ever back on Oahu, I’ll be staying here.

Overall a very good stay, room cleaning is every three days but I've gotten every other day. The bathroom shower is quite small but it'll do the trick. The price was low for the area. Great coffee in the lobby.

Atualização… Denise cuidou de nós… depois da reclamação. Ficamos satisfeitos com o resultado. Fomos transferidos para outro hotel e Outrigger honrou o preço do hotel que reservamos…Nenhuma notificação antes da chegada de que a piscina estava fechada. Quarto reservado com vista para a praia. Eu tenho uma vista do estacionamento e uma vista espreitadela da praia. Eu estava dando um quarto diferente, mas tinha pensado nisso e o hotel engana você dizendo que eles têm pontos de vista. Vamos! Disseram que eu poderia ir para o hotel irmão deles para a piscina. Embora o hotel tenha colocado eu e o marido em um quarto diferente, este hotel e creditado a taxa de resort, ele não tem quartos com vista para a praia e não tem uma piscina funcional. Actualización ... Denise se hizo cargo de nosotros ... después de la denuncia. Quedamos satisfechos con el resultado. Nos trasladaron a otro hotel y Outrigger cumplió con el precio del hotel en el que reservamos ...No hay notificaciones antes de la llegada de que la piscina estaba cerrada. Reservamos una habitación con vistas a la playa. Tengo una vista del estacionamiento y un vistazo a la playa. Estaba dando una habitación diferente pero lo había pensado y el hotel te engaña de que tienen vistas. ¡Vamos! Me dijeron que podía ir a su hotel hermano por la piscina. Si bien el hotel nos puso a mí y a mi esposo en una habitación diferente de este hotel y nos abonó la tarifa del resort, no tiene habitaciones con vista a la playa y no tiene una piscina funcional. Deberían haberse ofrecido a trasladarnos al otro hotel con el que están asociados. ¡Vine para la boda de mi hija y el primer día que estuvimos aquí fue una mierda!

Update… Denise took care of us… after the complaint. We were satisfied with the outcome. We were moved to another hotel and Outrigger honored the price of the hotel we booked at… No notifications prior to arrival that the pool was closed. Reserved a room with a view of the beach. I have a view of the parking lot and a peek a boo view of the beach. I was giving a different room but had thought about it and the hotel misleads you that they have views. Come on! Was told I could go to their sister hotel for the pool. While the hotel did put me & husband in a different room this hotel and credited the resort fee it doesn’t have beach view rooms and doesn’t have a functional pool. They should have offered to move us to the other hotel they are associated with. I came for my daughter’s wedding and the fist day we were here sucked!

The pool was out of commission, the toilet doesn’t work even after getting it fixed. We are a family of four requiring the pull out bed and there wasn’t any extra bedding, when we requested it we had to make an additional request for pillows and then we realized we didn’t have a blanket and we gave up. Maybe it’s covid and they are under staffed, but they are not meeting expectations.

Muito boa estadia por uma semana. A equipe foi hospitaleira e atendeu às nossas necessidades. O hotel é central para tudo em Waikiki. Está perto do Centro Comercial Royal Hawaiian, onde encontrará muitos restaurantes, cafés, lojas e muitas outras coisas para o manter ocupado. Este hotel está perto de tudo em todas as direções, é central. Se você estiver hospedado em Waikiki, este hotel seria uma ótima opção para a praia, compras, restaurantes e apenas uma noite fora, tudo a curta distância. Os quartos eram limpos e espaçosos. Os quartos com vista para o mar nos andares superiores definitivamente valem o alarde. Se você não puder estar na praia a qualquer momento, pode muito bem sentar-se na sua varanda e observá-la, como pode fazer neste hotel. Mahalo.

Reservamos uma suíte familiar, mas, em vez disso, recebemos dois quartos adjacentes. Não havia sofá ou área de estar conforme retratado no site. A piscina foi fechada para reparos e isso não foi divulgado com antecedência. (Você pode andar para usar uma piscina em uma propriedade diferente). The front desk staff was friendly, and helpful, the parking was significantly cheaper than the other hotels in the area. The interior is slightly dated, with a big however!!!! The room you get with this hotel is significantly larger than you would pay comparatively. I've moved between 3 hotels, and this although having a early 2000's theme, this hotel was vastly superior in cleanliness, size and value.

We booked a family suite but we’re instead given two adjacent rooms. There was no couch or seating area as pictured on the site. The pool was closed for repairs, and that was not disclosed ahead of time. (You are able to walk to use a pool at a different property). Hot water for showers only available once during the week. The rooms are decently clean and the location is good.

Very nice stay for a week. The staff was hospitable and catered to our needs. The hotel is central to everything in Waikiki. It is close to the Royal Hawaiian Shopping center where you'll find many restaurants, cafes, shops and many other things to keep you busy. This hotel is close to everything in every direction, it is central. If you are staying in Waikiki this hotel would be a great option for the beach, shopping, restaurants, and just a night out all within walking distance. The rooms were clean and spacious. The ocean view rooms on higher floors are definitely worth the splurge. If you can't be at the beach at any given moment your may as well sit on your balcony and watch it as you can do from this hotel. Mahalo.

Es un hotel the varios pisos. El cuarto de dos camas tiene una regadera pequeña, en la cual sólo cabe una persona. Los empleados son muy cordiales. Tienen piscina en el primer piso. Hay un cuarto de gimnasio para hacer ejercicio. Los cuartos con vista a la ciudad tienen balcón.
