Localização boa, parto dos parques Disney. Lojinhas de gifts e supermercado perto. Bem arborizado. Mas a limpeza e a qualidade dos móveis é ruim. Parece ser uma instalação muito velha. E pagar taxa de Resort para esse hotel não tem nada a ver.

Hotel muito agradável e o atendimento é excelente. Quartolimpíssimo com cafeteira e frigobar. Ótimainfraestrutura do hotel com miniloja souvenir e restaurante pizza hutt e estacionamento. Muito bem localizado por ser perto dos parques e do comércio.

Fiquei hospedado por 11 noites e gostei da experiência. Saía pela manhã, voltava ao hotel apenas a noite e o quarto sempre estava organizado. Utilizei uma vez a loja de departamentos para comprar um adaptador de tomadas e o Pizza Hut onde fui sempre bem atendido. O quarto tem um bom tamanho, a cama é confortável o banheiro é bom e o chuveiro excelente. A única observação que tenho a fazer é acerca da limpeza do chão do quarto, que não é boa, entretanto não me incomodou a ponto de reclamar. O staff sempre foi cordial, desde o check-in ao check-out.

Esqueceram de arrumar o quarto, local legal boas acomodações, peca um pouco na higiene. Minha roupa de cama, não era limpa.

Isso é um absurdo que eu não tinha despesas no hotel e paguei 115 dólares de taxas sem usar nada e ainda cobrado meu cartão 56 dólares. Eu quero o crédito de volta imediatamente vou anunciar em todas as redes sociais e também ativarei o turismo florida e relatório. Nunca mais vou ficar neste hotel, vou divulgá-lo ao grupo de milhões de turistas que vão para Orlando. Eu quero meu dinheiro no cartão.This is absurd that I had no expenses at the hotel and paid $ 115 of fees without using anything and still charged my $ 56 card. I want the credit back immediately I will advertise on all social networks and also activate florida tourism and report. I will never stay at this hotel again, I will spread it to the millions of tourists that go to Orlando. I want my money on the card.

Bom lugar para hospedagem, local tranquilo e próximo às principais atrações Disney; por se tratar de um hotel "da gringa" a expectativa foi maior que a entrega (falam tanto que "lá" e tudo muuuuuuuuito melhor...🙄), embora a estadia tenha sido tranquila alguns quesitos são bem similares a um bom hotel brazuca 3 estrelas:- O piso era frio como esperávamos (por causa de alergia a pó e mofo na família), o que era bom; também não nos deparamos com as temidas cucarachas que alguns turistas relatam em outros hotéis;- Lavanderia disponível, quebrou um galhão - se não me engano custava 2 dólares cada ciclo, um para lavagem e um para secagem;- Se for solicitado eles trocam as roupas de cama e toalhas diariamente (optamos por colaborar com o Planeta e "segurar" em alguns dias), mas a limpeza se resume a isso, passar um pano na mesa do café e recolher o lixo dos cestos, não dão "aquela garibada" no chão (um grão de pipoca ficou intacto no chão do banheiro até o último dia);- Tem um pequeno Centro de Convenções, e como ficamos 3 semanas pudemos presenciar 2 eventos tipicamente norte-americanos e pouco comuns para nós - porém tivemos a impressão que por conta disso o local tem livre acesso de qualquer um, não há um controle para o estacionamento e para os quartos, o nosso era no fim do corredor com uma escada de incêndio aberta, qualquer um poderia entrar mesmo não sendo hóspede; aliás, todo dia tinha um folheto de pizzaria que era jogado por baixo da porta, e o próprio canal de TV interno orientava a não comprar essas pizzas... Em uma das noites chegamos e o quarto estava com a porta apenas encostada (a fechadura é eletrônica, acionada por cartão), nada foi subtraído, tudo estava no lugar (não deixamos valores no quarto), aparentemente foi descuido de quem fez a limpeza mas ainda assim avisei a recepção (que me atendeu bem e perguntou se eu queria falar com alguém da gerência sobre isso, eu disse que como parecia ser acidental não seria necessário);- Embora tenha sido dito na contratação [via agência da Azul] que era possível usar um microondas no quarto, eu solicitei e não havia disponível - usei um coletivo disponibilizado no corredor, meio macabro à noite mas sem ocorrências;- Por ter o título "Resort" no nome cobram uma taxa diária (assim como vários outros hotéis da região, pelo que eu soube depois), a Azul informou que havia essa taxa mas não sabia informar o valor (ou não é autorizada a informar) - trata-se de uma taxa para uso de serviços disponibilizados, mas geralmente um turista que alugou carro e foi lá para ir aos parques não irá utilizar: piscina, sauna, transporte de ônibus para os parques (com horário fixo). Acho que seria mais justo oferecer à parte ou assumir que é parte da diária e embutir no valor do pacote para que seja possível incluir no parcelamento ou, se for um valor de entrada ou garantia que deve ser pago à vista, que seja explicitado como tal sem recorrer a um disfarce de "taxa de resort" (trabalho com instituições financeiras a alguns anos, que fazem algo similar ao oferecer "pacotes" ou "cestas" de serviços, apenas um nome bacaninha para oferecer algo que o cliente nunca usa ou usa eventualmente...).- Check-in e check-out rápidos, sem qualquer problema (na saída vi outra família latina com algum problema, mas parecia ser na agência que vendeu o pacote).No geral, bom.

Nao sei pq de tantas avaliacoes ruins. Eu gostei muito do hotel. Super tranquilo bem localizado. Fica muito proximo a disney. Tem um walmart na frente 24hs. Fica na 192.. que eh um pulo para os outlets. Ao lado tem um ihop. Localizacao: excelente nao se preocupe... vc chega na disney em 10min e nos outlets em 20min. Limpeza: quarto foi limpo todos dias. Nada a reclamar Atendimento: excelente. Check in e check out rapidos. Quarto: bom... nada de super luxo, tem tudo falta so microondas, porem todos andares tem microondas coletivo, maquina de gelo e maquina do refrigerantesSo acho injusto pagar resort sendo que maioria nao usa.Ponto alto: walmart na frente... pizza hut dentro do hotelPonto fraco: poderia ser em carpete os quartos.P quem busca disney e compras... vale muito a pena.

Muito bom ótimo atendimento eles se esforçam para intender nossas perguntas e meu único desconforto é a taxa de resort cobrada por dia e eu não utilizei nada que o hotel oferecia pelo meu interesse ser outro Disney kkkk

Beautiful scenery and close to everything you need

I am giving five stars based on the service. The guys at the front was very quick and its a 24 hour check in service. I didn't get a microwave in my room and the staff ordered me one up right away so I could heat up food for the baby. I really appreciated that. The price was cheap and the rooms and beds were just okay. I think what wins is the location. It's right outside the front of the gate and very affordable compared to the resorts within DisneyWorld. So if you're on a budget this isn't a bad place to stay. Just don't go in expecting luxury when you're there for price and location. The service really hit the mark though.

This hotel was okay. The pool area was nice, the bar staff was friendly and made good drinks albeit a little overpriced. The room was okay, but so incredibly loud. We had adjoining door neighbors who checked in super late and yelled at each other for hours (with a toddler and an infant, it was not ideal in the least). There were people running in the halls at all hours of the day and night, and we unfortunately had a room next to the elevators where people congregated to talk loudly in the middle of the night apparently. The gift shop is horrendously overpriced and I had to pay $8+ for a $3 bottle of contact solution. At the time there were other hotels for just $20 more a night, and I regret not going to them because I thought this "resort" would be more fun for the kids.

Staff were not friendly. Had issues with the front desk a few times and called 3 times before we finally got someone to come and replace our fridge in the room. Shower head was terrible in the bathroom. Lack of outlets and lights in the room so room was pretty dark at night and the only outlet to plug our phones into was behind the bed that was very difficult to access. Only thing good about this hotel was comfy beds and pillows and a 24 hour pool/hot tub.

Nasty, nasty, nasty! Smelt like mold and musty to the point the the beds were WET! Green pool, under construction, nearly broken elevators, and the worse resort/hotel I’ve ever seen! We checked out immediately because it was so bad!

This is by far the worst hotel ever, it’s not a resort at all and nothing works. First thing is the WiFi doesn’t work at all, “the pools are dirt at as heck”, the front desk doesn’t know anything so don’t ask for a manager you’ll never see them. Lastly when you look at the reviews and see what they lie about offering, such as a fitness center, nope it’s not accessible and it’s blocked off, the kids tv area and arcade are nothing short of horrible, no one attends to these areas, chairs are too small, arcade doesn’t have any video game just air hockey. So let me save you a trip from this place DON’T GO HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT. Spend your money at a place that’s functioning and well kept up there are plenty of places on the area and your a few miles away from Disney. If I could go negative on the rating I would give them a minus-100, and that still not close to how bad they are. Don’t go here.

Too large to have a personal touch. Transportation to Disney did not give you many choices of times, so needed to plan ahead and crowded. Definitely a mass production, profit center. We were on top floor and WiFi did not work. Rooms were good.

Mi esposa y yo teniamos espectativas altas maxime que ibamos a disfrutar por primera vez de la ciudad de Orlando, pero desde que llegamos al hotel la persona que nos recibió el 30 de diciembre en la nocheno fue para nada amable inclusive sentimos indiferencia y molestia al ver que no dominabamos bien el ingles, por otra parte la habitación que nos otorgaron (119) presentaba un problema con el control del aire con lo cual indicamos durante los cuatro días que estuvimos todos los días lo informamos a recepción y sólo se fueron en promesas, además de esto el refrigerador que estaba en la habitación no dejaba dormir del ruido terrible que hacia, lo único rescatable fue que al final cuando hicimos el check de salida la que estaba de turno en recepción nos pidió disculpas por el problema y de alguna manera nos reconoció en el monto de cancelación. La verdad no puedo recomendarlo ya que la atención en recepción debe mejorar mucho sin importar de que nacionalidad sea los que lleguen a hospedarse. Se me olvida comentar que la limpieza del cuarto fue buena.

Tuvimos una estadía muy buena. Pasamos 10 noches, el hotel es muy lindo, limpio y bien mantenido. Tienen personal que habla español. La habitación bonita , cuidada y limpia , tiene heladerita y cafetera, aire acondicionado con termostato, teléfono y televisor,las camas y almohadas muy comodas. Si bien no habíamos incluido ningún plan de comidas decidimos desayunar en el hotel con el desayuno americano y nos encanto. Jamás tuvimos problemas y nadie nos molestó ni nos incomodó. Tiene un patio amplio y bonito con una pileta grande y otra pequeña climatizada y mesas y reposeras. Fuimos en auto y teníamos estacionamiento pero igual Usamos en dos oportunidades el transporte que prestan gratuitamente hacia los parques de Disney y fue un buen servicio y en el horario que indicaron. La única sugerencia que podría hacer es que mejoren el servicio de wifi porque teníamos problemas de conexión en varias oportunidades. La ubicación es excelente. Esta a 10 minutos de los parques de Disney y a unos 30 minutos de los de universal. A aproximadamente unas 20 cuadras hay un ross y tjmax. Los outlets quedan a poco menos de media hora. Cruzando la avenida (4 cuadras aproximadamente) hay un Walmart que está abierto 24 hs y a muy pocas cuadras hay mc donalds, burguer King, wendy’s , ihop , dunkin donuts y diversos restaurantes y pizzerías. Reciben paquetes por un costo de 3 dólares, nosotros de hecho recibimos uno. Dentro del hotel además de su restaurante hay un pizza hut, un local con gift shop y artículos de higiene entre otras cosas, hay stands donde se venden entradas a Disney, universal y diversos parques y atracciones y también se puede acceder al alquiler de autos. Sin dudas si volvemos a Orlando iremos nuevamente.

Las camas muy confortables!! El precio bien porque estaba bien ubicado! Tiene pileta 24 hs. Dentro del hotel hay un pizza hut y un bar para comer tmb, lo unico malo que se escuchaba mucho los ruidos de las otras habitaciones y la bañera tenia todo saltado como se ve en las fotos! El cable funcionaba bien, el aire acondiconado tmb, y cuentancon buses gratuitos para ir a algunos de los parques y volver tambien

Lo mejor de este hotel es su ubicación. Se encuentra a 20 minutos de Disneyland y de universal Studios. También puedes encontrar muy cerca, lugares para comer como IHOP, denny's, etc. No conocimos la alberca. En cuanto a las instalaciones, son viejas y necesitan mantenimiento. Sus camas son cómodas y no se escucha ruido en la noche. Las habitaciones no están tan limpias. Su precio es accesible y guarda relación con el servicio.

No Estoy para nada conforme. Las habitaciones son grandes pero descuidadas. La pintura del baño está desprolija y oxidada. La limpieza no es mala pero es incompleta, no cambian las bolsas de la basura, no reponen toallas ni jabones. La pileta climatizada no anda y el jacuzzi se rompió. El bar dentro del hotel es caro. El desayuno no está incluido sale 11usd + tax + propina y es bastante pobre. Es preferible ir al dunking donuts que está a unos metros. Cobran usd3 por la recepción de paquetes. Además cobra. Extra un impuesto por habitación por noche de usd18 un verdadero robo. El estacionamiento es gratis. El shuttle a los parques es puntual pero tiene 3 o 4 salidas diarias, el horario de vuelta no está acordé con el horario de cierre de parques. Tampoco te ññeva a todos los parques sino que te deja Hollywood y de ahi te tenes que tomar otro bus al parque que vos querés ir. A la vuelta lo esperas en epcot en un lugar descampado donde te congelas hasta que llegue. Además busca gente por otros hoteles.

So far, so good. Everything looks like it needs updating or repainting and there is no fan in the bathroom, but those are my only complaints. Nice view of the south pool from our room. The main pool is open 24hrs and is heated. There is a restaurant on-site, as well as a Pizza Hut Express. Lots of coupons and brochures around. All very friendly staff, no real problems so far, and would probably stay here again.

Sunday, January 27, 2019:One of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced; we'll never go back. My husband and his boss were given guaranteed 1PM check-in by phone, but when they got there, the manager told them there is no guaranteed early check-in. After working a full day since 6 AM, they were both tired and just wanted to cleanup and rest from the extremely rainy and cold day they had, not to mention they had to go back to work at 10 PM. I came to meet my husband there, arriving at 4:00; at this point, they still had no rooms available. They were told to wait until after four and then retry their check-in. Not that 3 hours later wasn't bad enough to wait for a shower, and get into warm, dry clothes, we had to stand in line for 1 hour and 3 minutes to get checked in. My husband's boss asked if we would get compensated some how for the extreme wait time and inconvenience... he gave him 3 coupons to cover 1 drink each at the indoor bar. Did I mention they had to go back to work in a few short, now shorter hours. These guys work with electricity, the last thing they needed was encouragement to go and booze it up; but apparently alcoholic drink tickets was the best they had to offer. The staff was slim, 1 bartender who had to attend to the bar and then walk away for long periods to go retrieve food that patrons were purchasing (which happened to be us). Meanwhile, there's a sit down restaurant adjacent to the bar that had 2 ladies standing just waiting for customers...I guess they couldn't help the bartender out, so that was more time that passed. It was supposed to be a convenience, rather than going out in the cold, windy rain, yeah right; we would have been better off going that route. The food was mediocre. I had to wait for my water to be refilled twice. The bartender was very friendly, but needed to be able to focus strictly on patrons drink orders. The hotel was leaking water in the front lobby, the room ac unit had puddles of water on top of and below, the running shower water went from scorching hot to freezing cold as it was running, adjusting it was not an option. Tubs were good size, but awkward to get in and out of and the caulk around the tub was cracking and falling apart. The cracks around the doors were so extreme it let too much light in from the hall and the elevators were more bumpy than a ride at Disney. Most unpleasant experience ever. And the beds... NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL.I would be ashamed to have this hotel operating. It needs serious renovations and a staff upgrade. I called the front desk twice with no answer. The entire place needs a facelift and that includes a fresh, smooth paint job.Get it together or shut it down.Too bad my husband's boss couldn't cancel.

My family and I booked 4 days at the resort and our accommodations were less than satisfactory. There was a distinct smell of mold throughout the South tower and when I inquired about moving the staff said we couldn’t switch towers. I switched floors to a different room and inside of the new room was a hole in the bathroom wall, damaged mirrors and the wood on the doors were frayed. The beds were very uncomfortable as well as stained linen. I stayed only the first night because we arrived so late but I slept fully clothed. I booked this hotel with a travel company, resort-save and they were not helpful either. I sent them photos and video of my room and the hotel property. The customer service rep advised they would find a new hotel for me but they never returned my call. I called them several times afterwards and was only told it was nothing they could do. Due to the strong smell of mold I forfeited my stay and paid for another place as to not endanger my health. I do not like leaving bad reviews and tried everything I could to work with the hotel and resort-save to rectify this situation. But to no avail. The property was not acceptable standards for people vacationing and looking to relax.

Pretty good place to stay at.Very close to disney parks and had shuttle service to and from the parks.The only issue I had was with the shower.It had a nice big bathtub but the water would go from boiling hot to freezing to lukewarm.Better to take a quick shower and not deal with that.Staff was nice and helpful.Room service was good too.Bed was clean.The room had tile flooring and it was super clean.I normally wear socks all day every day, but after my shower I would walk around without socks on like it was no big deal.Another thing, out of the 3 elevators, I'm fairly certain only the middle one was working.On the first day we were trying to head back down from the 3rd floor and it took about 10-15 minutes for it to get to us.Not sure why.

El lugar es pintoresco sobre todo quiero resaltar que la piscina está las 24 horas abierta excelente✔💯 las habitaciones son confortables, limpias lo unico que no me quedo muy claro es por que me cobraron extra 17 dólares por persona me pareció excesivo 😞 supuestamente es por estacionamiento , piscina y traslado a los parques en fin hace 16 años que visitó kissimmee y jamás pague estacionamiento y tampoco voy a los parques o sea me cobraron algo que para mi entender no tiene razón de ser pero bueno es libre elección y es por eso que no voy a regresar a este hotel. Por lo demás todo bien

Las habitaciones están bien, el personal del hotel es amable. Pero no compren las entradas a los parques con ellos, tratan siempre de venderte más costoso que el precio original, CUIDADO. además de que cuando vas a hacer algún reclamo te mienten sobre que ellos no pueden hacer nada. The rooms are ok, Andy people at the hotel is fine, just dont buy the tickets for the parks with them, they will sell it for more price than in the parks.

When I initially arrived the lady that checked me in wasn't very friendly. She warmed up after I said a few things to her (nice things. I believe in showing kindness no matter what). The room was nice. First floor, it was clean and not dated at all. I've stayed at 5 star places and although this is obviously not even close, it's great for families. The pool is open 24 hours so my son loved that. We were able to save a few hundred dollars on Universal without attending a time share presentation. I loved that 😁. Overall I do recommend this property. It's not far from Disney or the other parks. Plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas too.

La ubicacion del hotel no es de mucho garado pues la via de acceso cuando oscurede no tiene iluminacion alguna, eso hace la entrada un poco confusa y peligrosa. Las habitaciones es el mejor punto que tiene el hotel, las camas son de una gran comodidad al igual que la climatizacion aunque el baño es un tanto pequeño, el servicio hasta ahora se a desarrollado bastante bien. En lo que pierde la mayoria de los puntos es en la fachada del hotel, la cual no es muy agradable.

We stayed there for a grand total of 7 hours. Stayed there after a late arrival and while we were waiting for another place to open up. It was enough. Took us 15 minutes to find the entrance...

Completely renovated. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great amenities and conveniences on site. Only one mile from Disney. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay there...
