O hotel possui excelente localização, no centro antigo de Roma, próximo à maioria das atrações turísticas. Os quartos são modernos e muito bem equipados.

A fachada é realmente muito bonita.

Restaurante com uma vista incrível conseguem-se ver o Vaticano lá de cima! Melhor ainda ir quando o sol estiver se pondo! Atendimento impecável e a comida deliciosa! A parmigiana de berinjela estava sensacional, apesar da foto não ter saído boa! Lembrar que tem que reservar antes, pois essa vista é muito concorrida!

Hotel art, como uma vista incrivel. Equipe muito atenciosa. Pertinho de tudo, dá para ir a pé a vários lugares, inclusive é próximo a embaixada do Brasil. O quarto super confortável com uma cama maravilhosa. Espaçoso e com um maravilhoso café da manhã. Vale o preço um pouco mais alto a se pagar. Voltaria novamente com certeza

Meh. We are lucky enought to sometimes stay in R&C. This is not up to their standards.Small rooms. Balky air-conditioning. Indifeent service. But great location and great roof deck with fun afternoon foods.

Location fantastic. Our two rooms were very small even for European standards, one person had to be on the bed if the other needed to walk through. This and the overall room upkeep would be more acceptable at a lower price point. The front desk staff was not the kindest to us or the most helpful throughout our stay. There would be several people behind the desk, each on the phone or looking at computer screens and not one would look up to acknowledge our presence until finished with their tasks. We ended up leaving the lobby multiple times without any assistance as the staff was not available. On one occasion that we did receive help, we were sent to a restaurant with full “American breakfast “ signage and an American type menu when a traditional Roman meal was requested. We just had to laugh and found a fantastic Roman restaurant on our own. Three stars due to the location only.

Horrible... the rooms are so small and sooo old. The reception is not even air conditioned. How is this a 5 star??? 3 star would be too much. Avoid this place at any cost. Over priced and has nothing good about it.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean, good location, quiet. Rome hotel prices are always outrageous in terms of value for money, however charging 56 euros per person for a average continental breakfast was robbery. I thought it was 56 for the room, which was okay, but per person was OTT.

Traveled to Rome and wanted to stay in a place near by where the action is. Hotel Rafael is definitely The place to stay LOCATION- LOCATION- LOCATION- tye property is beautiful, clean , the staff is super nice and my room had a gorgeous marble bath with heated floors and heated towels - i had a Jr.suite and it was just perfect for me with a huge Roman tube with an electric wall that opened to the room- very nice. The property is beautiful and very romantic but unfortunately for me i was there alone - still loved it and had a great time. I absolutely LOVE BEAUTIFUL BATHS ❤️🛀 !.. so just for the gorgeous baths i give the property a 7 ⭐️. The hotel offers a super good tasty breakfast and amazing Italian coffee. One block from piazza Navona and walking distance to best SHOPING IN ROME! 👠👜🫠 I LOVE ROME! See you soon ❤️🇮🇹 🍷🤗

The rooftop restaurant/bar has unacceptable service for the place that was recommended by Michelin guide. We have been waiting for more that 25 min to get some drink with even no apologies from the staff. Eventually we left the place with not having a drink. The employees are not guilty, they do their best. The restaurant manager has to know when and how many waiters and bartenders to put up in the 1st, 2nd, etc. shifts in order to have a service accordingly.

I booked this hotel with my travel agency and, I thought it was really nice and clean inside. The rooms are very spacious considering that hotels in Rome are sort of small compared to American hotels. when we arrive at our upgraded suite there was a card welcoming me with a bottle of wine and champagne and some small bites. I also love the fact that they had a rooftop with outdoor sitting and amazing views right at the bottom of it it had a little bar with an inside restaurant. The customer service was excellent. even the cleaning service left some sort of waffle chocolate cookie on top of the bed after cleaning. I was thrilled that it had a gym and it was pretty spacious with water to drink and all. They were super friendly and nice and it was located in the heart of the city where everything was within walking distance including shopping and more restaurants. I would definitely come back and stay again ..

Subimos a la terraza porque nos recomendaron las vistas. OJO, 1 Coca Cola 8€, y una cerveza 12€, espectacular. Y para ese precio, no vale la pena. Mejor buscar cualquier otro sitio.Estas son las vistas, 20€!

Opinión del bar de la azotea: Acogedor y servido con una atención inmejorable, las vistas son preciosas y todo lo que ofrece la carta esta exquisito y preparado con mimo. La unica pega es que es un poco caro, aunque hay que tener en cuenta que es una azotea en el centro de Roma y en un hotel de cinco estrellas (era de suponer).

Un lujo de hotel, muy confortable, con terraza en la azotea para cenar con unas buenas vistas de la ciudad. Muy bien situado Detalles en la habitación, chocolates En el baño gel, champú y leche corporal de BVLGARI

Muy buena ubicacion, la mayoria de los monumentos se encuentran entre 5 y 10 min caminando. Las instalaciones son del mejor nivel y el servicio es maravilloso

El mejor hotel en el que me he hospedado en Roma. Muy limpio, detalle de bienvenida, muy bien situado, un desayuno variado y todo fresco y de calidad. Repetiré cuando vuelva a Roma.
