“Needed the room moved twice--first time was wrong placement, second was that the thermostat wouldn't work, vanity was broken, and no soap was in the restroom. The final room was humid and musty. Old TVs with cumbersome remotes. Smells like chlorine due to a centrally - located pool. Alternatively, the service for shifting rooms and addressing our stay was great. Great location.”

“The hotel stay was nice. Toby the front desk manager was very pleasant and made sure my stay was going good especially because it was a stressful check in process! There were two things that made my stay difficult the air conditioning didn’t get very cool in the room and the microwave was by the front desk which made feeding a infant difficult. Otherwise, everyone was very nice I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water.”
