“Invest in the facilities, clean the rooms, remove the mould from their AC as this can be a health hazard. Treat guests nicely and give better quality food and drinks. I was so dissatisfied and disappointed that I had to cancel my stay and luckily was able to find a place through Airbnb. But the hotel staff didn't make it easy for us, the manager wasn't around when we decided to leave and they told us we had to wait until the next morning.
They had the nerve to charge us over $400 (full rate) even after giving us this gross room filled with hair balls, mould and dirt.
We're hoping we can get our money back through Booking.
I didn't like anything, had the worse experience at this place. It is a disgrace how much they charge for what you get. They offer the cheapest food and drinks, the rooms are filthy and mouldy and the staff is unfriendly.”
